Service was terrible. There was a bug in my drink. Our drinks sat empty for 20 minutes, as we tried to get a server for a... refill. Even placed empty cups up on the ledge to draw attention to this and they still stayed empty. Appetizer came out withfood. My son's wings were forgotten about and when they finally came, we were ready to leave. Bc we didn't want to wait another20 minutes for a to go box, I ended up just taking them for him out in napkins. Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhereelse. I like this place. Subs are good and my kids like the pizza. Last time I went for some reason I looked at receipt and was... charged for pizza sauce. The sub comes with pizza sauce. They did apologize and took it off. I paid the bill in cash and thenI got the wrong change back. I had to count it back to him because he couldn't. I thought giving the this place another chance by going to the lunch buffet and wow I was wrong. The salad bar ridiculous and... you can see from the picture of it. We got there around noon and the same pizza sat on the bar for an hour and a half. It tookseveral complaints form customers to bring some fresh pizza out to the buffet. All the pictures will say enough about how poorlykept the buffet was. The only thing you can?t see is how the lettuce looked spoiled. Once the customer complained for the lasttime the waitress walked over to the bar for the first time in the 2 hours we were there and she said I had no idea there wasn?tany pizza on the buffet. The place was not crowded and they waitress and bartender were doing nothing but standing aroundplaying on their phones. I?m guessing we should have text it to then since they were on their phones most of the time. Finallywhen the buffet was ready to close down and there was enough complaints from the 8 people that were in there they brought out abunch of pizzas right at 2:00. I don?t think I?ll go back to this location. Oh and this location doesn?t add a fountain drink inwith the price of the buffet. The other Massey?s locations do because I called them to find out. The bar tender who was waiting on us tonight was very good! Super friendly! She told us about specials that were going on the... rest of the week! This establishment is lucky to have someone like her working for them! Massey's has some of the best pizzain Columbus! Great place for listening to music, playing lottery games..
