I love Panera, but this location is terrible. My order is wrong every time. The food never tastes good. The customer service is... awful. The other day I ordered curbside, and after ten minutes of seeing no one I went inside. There was no one at the counter.I went over to the food prep area and asked about the order and my food was just sitting there. I had also ordered an iced tea,so I asked for a cup for it. I walked over to the drinks and there was nothing labeled iced tea. There was a container that hadthis horrible looking mud water. I asked the people in the back if that was the tea and they said yes. I put a bit in my cup totaste and it was disgusting. So I just tossed my cup and left and cut my losses. I went there this evening to pick up dinner for tonight because I have been in town all week for work. This was my 2nd time by... the way. Since when Panera stopped asking for your phone number for rewards? The floor was dirty and it smelled. I couldunderstand if it was busy and you cannot clean the floor, but it was not. I received my food, my baguette was less than palmsize, which is normally not the case, no napkins in the dispenser in the back, and I got a spoon with my salad. This wasbasically the same experience I had the first time at this location except there was a reason to have a spoon. When I am backin town again for work, I will NOT come back to this location. The saddest Panera I've seen in a while. Everything was filthy, the staff was degrading and kitchen staff specifically were... obnoxiously loud and unprofessional. Gnats everywhere. Everything left unstocked. Employees left their cups on the customerwaiting bench and we're coming around the counter to drink them. Cleaning supplies left in the open. Read more
Went to Panera after looking at the green goddess cobb salad with chicken on their online menu. Looks very enticing. Waited for... 15 minutes for a very tiny half salad with probably 3 tiny pieces barely there chicken. Expectation vs. reality. Don?t get yourhopes up. Read more
I've always been a pretty big fan of Panera Bread but of course lately, just like many other restaurants, things have gone... downhill. My daughter gets to Caesar salad and suddenly she's been getting salad with Leafs instead of the regular Caesar salad,and they don't even tell us about it until we get it. I got the tomato soup and grilled cheese, they told me they didn't haveAmerican cheese so I got the cheddar and they charged me for the cheddar even though they didn't have the original cheese!? theservice is a little shaky, the prices are absolutely outrageous of course, but that's like any other place now. The atmosphereis not too bad, I sit down and work on my computer but when you have to literally pay a fortune for a breakfast sandwich it'sjust not even worth eating. Waited 20 minutes for a very disappointing Mac and grilled cheese. My pictures show what they gave me compared what it is... advertised as. In town for a wedding and was staying at a hotel nearby. We ate there for lunch.I got the Pick 2 with Half a Avocado, Turkey and... Bacon Sandwich and a bowl of broccoli mac and cheese and a large drink. The meal was fine and food tasted good. Dining arealarge and comfortable. Staff was friendly. It was a little expensive. Normally the food is decent here. Today, the pizzas were pretty bad. The Margarita pizza had no basil and did not have the grape... tomatoes. They must have been out of the tomatoes butthe App didn't say that. There were sliced tomatoes on it and the saucewas orange rather than red. Read more
