I can honestly say I have tried to order multiple times as soon as they opened up and every time I get the same excuse about... their ovens being down, and every time they say, they're going to get somebody in there to fix it personally. I know, to some people, it's an unpopular opinion but for whatever reason this Papa John's has the best pizza. I've only ordered... from it a few times, but every single time it's amazing how good it is. It always shows up hot. The delivery people are supernice. And the food is incredibly good. Placed an order for an 8:15 pm pick up per the website. Showed up at 8:05 and was told it's some where in the oven. 8:15 arrives... and then I get told it'll be another 30 minutes for my order because it's the dinner rush. No real apology given. I drove 30minutes for the dinner and highly disappointed. Read more
Wow?..wow wow wow. I am honestly speechless. I was planning on getting a mediocre pizza like always when ordering from chain... pizza shops. I can honestly say this was the absolute BEST pizza chain experience I have ever had! I have never given a 10 starreview on anything I?ve ever eaten this was amazing service from ordering to eating everything was cooked to literal protection.The pizza the wings the jalapeño bites and the cinnamon pull part. I love Papa John's pizza. But tonight's order was a mess. 3 papadias. 2 didn't have any peppers, 2 we're not cut in half, 2 were... only folded partially, and all 3 had way less filling than just the night before. Not my first time and most likely not thelast, but this was a huge disappointment. Read more
