Every time I have visited this place it has been very late in the day, within half an hour or so of their closing time.... Regardless of this, the staff have been friendly and helpful and the food has been excellent. I definitely recommend, thoughhopefully you can visit a little earlier in the day than I have. Read more

My fiancée and I ordered catering from this location and it was FANTASTIC! Our guests loved the food and the variety of options... we were able to get for such a great price! I have seen all too often in chain restaurants the quality of food go down on largecatering orders, but here, this is not the case! It was just as good (if not better) than going in and ordering as a singlemeal! Chef Austin was a great help and took the time to personally walk me through each part of my catering to make sure thateverything was absolutely perfect before I left his restaurant! Read more
Been coming here for years and never had a bad bowl, some places you go and you expect inconsistency. Here, I?ve never had to... worry. However? I ordered a carbonara bowl with grilled chicken today.. the spaghetti was extremely undercooked and hard, almostcrunchy. The grilled chicken was also full of fat, and because of that the fresh vegetables and good Alfredo sauce was unable towin me over. I just started working in the Grove City area and today I went to this location for the first time. The staff was exceptionally... kind! I recently visited the Grove city Ohio location. These bowls were almost $7 each. All 3 are different amounts. When I questioned... why the bowls were not filled as they have been in the two other locations I have eaten at pretty regularly, I received a verysnarky ?that?s our portions?. I explained I have eaten at other locations and they were never only half the bowl. ?She onceagain snarkily stated ?that?s our portions?. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated she was the manager. I advised thatshe didn?t have to be snarky about a customer questioning something, and I politely told her to work on her customer serviceskills. Then I moved on to filling my drinks. Out of no where a guy come out from the back screaming at me to get out or he iscalling the cops. That he will not tolerate me cursing at his employees. I advised I never once cursed or raised my voice ather. He continued to threaten me. I asked for a refund and he refused, then I asked for him to pack up my food to go then. Heslammed it all around and then came back with the food packed up, screaming at me to get out. Heaven forbid I ask for customerservice and what I paid for?.. Read more
Been to other Piada restaurants and this one was very similar. You can choose something off their menu or build your own pasta,... salad or piada (burrito style wrap). Employees were very friendly and happily answered questions. Restaurant clean and followedcovid-19 guidelines. They also have outdoor seating. Looks like they do Door Dash and carryout. The food was wonderful and the service was great. They ran a little bit behind while we were in, but did a very good job of... cycling around and covering other parts of our order so we hardly had to wait at all. Austin and Zach were both very friendlyand helpful! Highly recommend Read more
