Did not have my usual great experience this time visiting; they forgot our apple pie and some fries, and it did take awhile, but... we noticed they were absolutely slammed with a huge order, so I'm actually very impressed they got our order out to us hot, fastand were kind quick, and apologetic while fixing the mistake. Way understaffed. Takes way to long to get food. Waited 10 mins behind 2 cars. Never did place order just left again. There's... better than a 50% chance that the wait is too long and you won't even get to order. Been this way since it opened. Get your acttogether raising canes down the street does it better and faster. Maybe go check them out. Read more
Ordered $26.00 of food for 2 people food wasn't fresh and employee strait up call me a liar. This place are horrific and sad... I don't even know how they even keep it in business. Every time I goes there around 630pm the... service are horrible. They would literally stopped taking orders on purpose at the Drive through. I went to the to see what wasgoing on the manager and her staff was just chatting, laughing and horse playing. The girl in the stood there as I looked at herthrough the window, playing with her nails and phone. If you are the owner of this location please contact me. I ordered a 17 piece meal, for $33.95 on drive thru menu. They charge me $46.99 for meal. When asked about the discrepancy, ... the employee responded, "yeah, I don't know why they haven't changed that price". Then they told me it would be 30 min for themeal. And they don't have macaroni. I've now been waiting over 20 min., while I watch the guy next to me, whose been waitinglonger than me, go pound on the door til someone came out...he's still waiting....kinda seems like not only should I not havepaid more, but I should have received a discount for the long wait, doesn't it? They had to be reminded to get the drink i ordered, they left out my sauce and the fries were cold. Hard to get good help i... suppose. Still, great food when you can get it. The order was handed to me missing items. The chicken I received was old and dry. Tried to call store. The store number was... disconnected. The manager Susie said the phone problem had been going on a few days. Was forced to drive back to location.Messed up driving time for traveling. I should have eaten somewhere else. Ordered 8 piece spicy with mashed potatoes and the chicken was nasty bland and regular non spicy.. and the mashed potatoes... tasted like corn meal.... Even the color and smell was like corn. I know what potatoes taste like. This restaurant fails meagain and again. I learned my lesson. And these people want $15 an hour? What a joke. I'm going to canes, they never fail me. Read more
