I?m only giving 1 star bc zero stars isn?t an option. Our server, Emily, was the ONLY positive part of our experience. We waited... an obnoxiously long time for our simple meals to come out. When they did, everything was wrong, cold, stale and inaccurate. Theonly warm thing was my daughters fruit that came with her cold cheeseburger. Plates were dirty, the cheese that came with thecold pretzels was the most disgusting coagulated lump of cheese I?ve ever seen. I understand being short staffed is an issuemost places lately but this was appalling. And being short staffed is something you need to adapt to. Seat less tables, have alonger wait for a table etc - not ideal but it?s better than providing awful meals to customers. On my way out I warned theguests waiting for a table to save themselves and go elsewhere. Yes, our bill was completely paid for BUT, all 6 of us couldn?teven eat, wasted our time during our ?quick stop? as we hoped for, and now starving for the remainder of our road trip. Read more

Stopped in for lunch. Service was quick and friendly. Food came out pretty quick. Hot and fresh. Free refills on drinks and... fries. Server followed up to see if/when we were ready for more fries and brought drink refills without us asking. Prices alittle higher than last time, but what isn't anymore. Nice atmosphere. Read more

Ordered a catering order for a party. The burgers and sides were great. The potato chips were not crispy but probably because... they steamed up with lid on. It would be nice to choose something different for catering as included such as fries. Read more

Service was excellent. Burger wasn't made correctly order scorpion burger and I had no jalapeños was told new people in the... kitchen. I understand that and wasn't a big deal. I witnessed an encounter with what I found out was the GM of the store.All Icould think was she is not good at her job. Many things need improvement but the GM is not a good leader in my opinion and hercustomer service is lacking greatly. Read more

For the cost of our tab I was thoroughly disappointed. My choice of a burning love burger with impossible patty was soggy and... spongy. I was able to tough through maybe a quarter of it. When asked if I wanted a box I said actually I didn't like this and Iwas told that's a bummer. No effort to correct my dissatisfaction or hunger. It wasn't busy however we also had a long wait fordrink refills and were nearly done eating before we would like more of our bottomless sides. Lackluster wait staff and servicefor the price. I feel bad for the staff. Clearly something is going that they can't hold down staff. Been there three times recently and... besides the place being empty, huge wait. Only one waitress and I'm sure she was running around like mad. We were told a 30-45minute wait, called ahead to get our name on the list, get there 45 minutes later and still had to wait. Left after 15 minutesand still nothing. Do better for your staff Red Robin. Read more

My hubby comes here for the bottomless rootbeer float, and I love as always their tower ring, this is my 4th time to dine here,... its always busy and the wait is quite longer but its worth the wait! Staff and servers are all friendly and helpful! but thereis something that I noticed fascinating...
