Very long wait in the drive-thru (15+ minutes) and when I finally got my order (two hot chocolates) they tasted really gross. My... peppermint hot chocolate didn't taste like peppermint at all... A friend and I stopped at this Starbucks this past Saturday with a large order for a bridal party. The store was obviously busy... with a full parking lot and a long drive thru line. Honestly I love this Starbucks it?s my favorite one to go to. The workers are always so nice and the line moves fast. Personally... I?ve been doing model ordering and picking it up in the store because it?s faster and it?s always ready on Time if not fasterand the people always welcome you into the store. I really like this location with one drawback: One of the Barista's put his fingers in their mouth while cleaning/scraping what... looked like a mini food oven, and did not wash their hands. Coffee's great, my barista was friendly, there's just that onedrawback. Read more

I just love Starbucks. They can rarely do wrong IMO ? However, this single pic shows one extreme without extra caramel drizzle... (as ordered), then the other extreme (remake) with the extra caramel drizzle. Can we say.......ZERO straight to 100 lol. Theyare always more than happy to make it right though. Read more

Terrible store. Employee trying to become Tiktok famous! I ordered matcha tea from Starbucks in Derby Square. Its closed for... remodeling. Redirects you to this store in front of Home Depot. I called the number on my in app receipt. Discovered theyredirect your order to this store. I called the girl that answered said OUT of matcha tea. I said just cancel and refund. Shesaid CANT REFUND OVER PHONE. You have to go into store for refund. I hung up. Im on a scooter I thought our conversation wasover! I got to the store and she said I'm not helping you. You hung up on me! OMG can't be real. I looked over another employeesitting behind me with her phone. Ready to record.
