my two favorite baristas are here! they are amazing i been a starbucks loyal customer since 2011 and this starbucks i never have... a issue they are so sweet and kind. We are a daily regular and even the workers know us in target. Our barista sees us walk inthe door and just nods and know what we want automatically its amazing. Read more
Terrible customer service. I waited a few minutes before my order was taken mind you no one else was there. Finally the guy... working said he would be with me in a minute (he chose to finish stocking first.) once my order was taken he moved onto 2 othersfirst so in all I waited 10 minutes for an OK drink. Went to this star bucks during the holiday rush which is inside a Target. Only ONE PERSON was working at the time (a girl named... Ashley) and she freakin KILLED it. She was super fast, efficient and friendly. No amount of stress seemed to bother her with ahuge line of tired shoppers trying to get some caffeine. Shout out to this hard worker! Read more
I went to this Starbucks last night at 9:30 after a very long evening of Christmas shopping for my kids. I wasn't getting... drinks just 11 gift cards for my daughters' teachers. The girl working the register was absolutely wonderful, she was verykind and worked as fast as she could to manually key them all in. Not once did she complain even though she had a line growingbehind me. She even offered to buy me a drink when I gave the reasoning for all the gift cards. I was pretty flustered and herattitude made me feel a little better I've had coffee here before and it's always the standard typical Starbucks coffee but Iwas really impressed by the service I received last night Read more
Every time I get a drink I say no whipped cream and every time it never fails. They put it on my drink anyways. Besides that the... staff are very friendly. Too bad they never get my drink right. Read more
Took a while to make my order because she decided to take order of others and get Target employees there free water. She asked... if I wanted whip(which is my favorite) she gave wrong lid had to add whip and drink was horrible. Just moved here and will neverget Starbucks again in here. I get it almost 2 a day! Girl was very nice to employees and was rude to customers. Other workerwas cleaning while other girl worked! Gave 2 stars because she did everything her self still bad service. Read more
