This place is inside a Walmart and I eat here a lot. I like their subs.
Every aspect of this service was appalling; my sub was a complete mess and all over the place. Then when I went to get some... soda, my Dr. Pepper smelled like mold! And to top it all off before I left I saw that same tall bald man touching food withoutgloves on. Read more
Yesterday the employee on duty who claimed to be a manager belittled and badgered my wife because she asked for a courtesy cup... of water and didn?t want to pay. $1.08 for a cup she walked away and then he proceeds to yell at us and also throw us out healso started to make his way out to the dining area twice as if he was going to physically hurt us my wife has a mentaldisability as well really hurt that she was treated this way over a cup of water I hope he gets fired Read more
Placed order online for 3 footlong subs. Went to pick up and told out of meatballs for 2 subs. Third one wasn't even made yet.... And had to wait a few minutes before we could get anyone's attention from the back when we got there. Read more
Ordered online. The guy in store was nice. Got back to my hotel and checked out the subs... How the hell do you forget the... cheese?... it goes bread then cheese. I ordered one of my 2 subs with extra cheese and got none on both.. The guy at the storedid call the phone to inform me that the bread I requested was out so I know he could have said something if they were out ofprovolone.. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Employees didn't know what they were doing, I had to explain how to prepare the Ultimate Garlic Cheesy... bread and he still managed to mess it up. One employee had ear buds in the whole time, one kept wiping his nose on his arm. Both subs we ordered were burnt almost to the point they were inedible. Both employees laughed the whole time like they thoughtit was funny. It took 15 minutes to get to burnt subs. Read more
Located inside of the Walmart, this Subway looks modern. The staff were friendly enough and got our sandwiches out to use... quickly. Everything looked like it was going well. Then, I unwrapped my sandwich. Slid in the bread, was a good chunk ofcardboard. Thankfully, I noticed it before I bit in, but that could?ve been a disgusting bite. Read more
Terrible service rude staff. Went around 12:00 noon. Fixings for meatball marinara were not ready. Told they would be in 30... min. Came back after waiting the 30 min. Employee was working on pick up orders refused to check to.see if the fixings wereready and denied to serve me after he knew I was waiting. There going there again. Read more
