Order has been wrong literally EVERY TIME I have been to this location in the last year!! It's wrong 95% of the time or it MAY... be right but the size of a $5 burrito turns out to have $0.10 worth of filling. $5 nacho bell grande with 14 chips and barelyany toppingsI literally have pictures of $5 burritos that are smaller than my cigarette pack. Wow, so much went wrong here. While taking our order at the drive thru the guy kept saying after EVERY item "is that it?" Like... we were wasting his time. Maybe he's had too many people not tell him when they're done but I ALWAYS say "and that's it" aftermy order is complete. Then when we got up there we paid we a $25 gift card. We didn't know how much was on it. He gave us thereceipt and said there was nothing left on the card. The order came to $19.44... pretty sure no gift card starts out at $19.44.We asked him to give us the card back. We checked the balance and she enough we had $5.56 left on it... so he tried to stealfrom us. Then give us our order and mine was the completely wrong item. I order a CRUNCHwrap and there was a burrito in there.Nothing crunchy about it. There was hardly any chicken among the lettuce and tomato in my husband's tacos, we had to dig to findit. Then we saw all the cups fall out of the dispenser onto the floor and he just picked them up and put them back in it. Wedidn't dare go back to fix my wrong order, they'd probably spit on it. Normally this location is my first choice when it comes to Taco Bell but I think it will be my last option from now on. This... place has gone downhill fast. I got to the drive thru at 10pm on July 2nd. It was moving slow but I was ok with it. I had 2steak chalupas with no tomato and a chicken quesadilla with lettuce and sour cream in my order. The guy taking my order (who Iam pretty sure was drunk) told me they were out of chicken after he had me repeat my order 2 times? if you weren?t ready for me,you could?ve said so. No big deal, asked for a cheese quesadilla with lettuce and sour cream. Rang me up and all was good. It iscurrently 10:45pm and I am just getting home to find out I never got my quesadilla yet I was still charged for it. Also, therewas 2 pieces of steak in each chalupa and hardly any cheese, lettuce or sour cream. This isn?t the first time I?ve been missingeither my food or someone else?s but was still charged for it. This however is the first time I?ve received hardly any proteinor toppings in what I order. Had the line not been insanely long and I hadn?t just driven 20 minutes home, I would?ve goneback. I understand staffing issues as everywhere pretty much is still having issues but I feel as though this is wheremanagement needs to step in and help out. Like I said above, this used to be my first choice, my go to place to get tacos. Ijust feel as though it will continue to go downhill unless management steps up or a change in management is put together. I willdrive further for my late night Taco Bell cravings for now on. Hour before close they was Basically out of everything Including friendliness. Had to redo my order, food wasn't cooked... thoroughly. It gets worse, I get to the nachos I ordered, dumped in the bag, what nachos there was I should say, below I'llattach a Pic of the order of nachos I was given. We frequently go to this location because it?s one of the few options at our exit. The last two times we?ve been there, the... service and quality has gotten worse and worse. Two weeks ago, when we got home we realized we were shorted on our food. Tonightwe received everything we ordered, however, my husband?s crunchy tacos were extremely thin with very few toppings and they hadno cheese on them, our chili cheese burritos were not even lukewarm, and my chicken quesadilla barely had any chicken or cheeseon it and the sauce was non-existent.
