I have been eating at Taco Bell for over a decade (still at a solid 200lbs and pushing 6' ha!). It has been a fun journey... watching the menu change and yet some main things staying the same. I travel quite a bit and have been to Taco Bells all aroundthe country (been in all the lower 48 states and have eaten Taco Bell in just about all of them). This has given me a uniqueperspective on seeing how my local Grove City, OH Taco Bell on Stringtown Road compares to the rest of them. I've got to say:there are few, if any, Taco Bells that meet the level of service, speed, accuracy, and kindness that my local Taco Bellexemplifies. The gentlemen who's name I think is Christian seems to be the core to this experience. He is always soprofessional, yet personable. Kind and courteous. If you go to 99% of the restaurants in our country it seems customer servicehas become robotic and in a word: mean. People are treated like a number on a receipt .This is not the case at our Taco Bell. Weare so glad we live near one that is so wonderful to go to. When Christian is not there, sometimes an order is incorrectly made,but they still will do above and beyond to fix it. Not the usual, "Sorry we can't and won't help you." Please keep it up. Thereare few chains that know the secret sauce to a good and reputable business. The secret is simple, but due to the growingpressures of the internet-based culture and false realities of what success is, it seems to have been lost in the past coupleyears (no, not because of the C-thing in 2019 and beyond haha). It is simply: customer service beyond the normal 'smile and getto the next customer'. Customer service that knows they met the standard of expectation, but have made it THEIR standard to gobeyond everyone else's standard. I am pleased to report that this Taco Bell does this. This by far the worst location I have ever tried from them.... I am a HUGE taco bell fan. However, i payed for chicken chipotle... melts that cost me like $3 a piece, just to have literally 3 strands of chicken inside with, and NO CHIPOTLE SAUCE at all, on a"Chicken Chipotle melt" that I have been satisfied with for years. My experience has something to do with the skill set of the Manager, Chris. He is awesome!! I went on the curb by mistake... cutting my wheel too short. Me and my passengers did not know the best way to counteract getting off the curb without losing mymuffler. Chris came out and handled the situation, since this was on his watch. He directed the traffic to keep the businessflowing (seemingly everyone wanted Tacos all of a sudden, traffic got busy). Chris analyzed the position of my van and withconfidence helped and led me into getting off the curb without losing my muffler. I thought I needed AAA. Doritos tacos are so good every once in awhile! First time I had the chicken power bowl. It was pretty good, I was not expecting... gourmet so it met my needs at the time. It's taco bell so the food is what it is - personally I like it and it's always fast. But thus place screwed up my order. Soft... tacos are very different than soft taco Supreme and I ordered soft taco Supreme but got plain Jane soft tacos (see the photo)even though I paid for Supreme. They weren't able to find my mobile order due to system issues which wasn't their fault, but they had me waiting in the lobby... for over 5 minutes before telling me they were never able to find it. They nacho fries were bottom of the barrel, cold andtasted like they had been sitting for a while. I do t expect much at a fast food restaurant but hot fresh fries isn't too muchto ask for. Read more
