Workers are treated very badly and were never trained, all they did was ?here?s the instructions get to work? and one of the... managers would sleep in the back while minors ran the cafe. The employees (who were all minors) were told they would be firedover complaints online about their safety. They would say the grove city location does not offer military discount but theregister has an option to give it. One day there was a large online order and a line out the door so some employees asked forsomeone to come in early to help but when a manager came to help she just yelled at them to work faster and they shouldn?t havemade the online order, she then proceeded to yell at the DoorDasher saying he shouldn?t have made the order, but he?s only thereto pick up the order. Also bathroom does not get cleaned very well when closing!! (10-10-22 UPDATE) Managers still treatemployees very poorly and Heena is very rude!! Employees were on their phones. Was not greeted, the girl running the register just stared at us until we ordered did not say hi... or how can I help? something along those lines was incredibly awkward. Smoothies were nothing to rave about just go to smoothieking. Read more

All employees were sitting on their phones, not once did I see anyone wash their hands after handling their phones. Not one said... hi or anything at that, not even when ordering. Great place for quick vegan nutrition. I get the the Peanut Butter Paradise without yogurt, sub in coconut milk, and choose pea... protein. It's very delicious. The service is very hospitable and patient with my weird cutomizations. Stringtown is crazy busy,so beware rush hour. Read more

Took my brother to pick up a couple smoothies from here this morning. I work customer service myself so I?m usually overly... accommodating and friendly because i know how people can be. I tipped 15% for our order, and asked a single question about myorder on the way out after paying. ?Which drink is the mango?? The guy behind the counter responds with an annoyed, ?why don?tyou look, and tell me which one you think it is?. I ordered the mango, my brother kiwi. We had a white and bright red smoothieas the end result. It wasn?t visually obvious. I guessed that the red was the kiwi, which doesn?t make a lot of sense, but theguy behind the counter said that was correct. Neither of our drinks tasted like Kiwi or Mango. We were the only customers atthe store and there was no rush. Even if they were the correct flavors the rudeness was unprovoked and unwarranted. But I?mguessing they gave us two random drinks thinking we were too dumb to notice, and the representative felt threatened when I askedwhich drink was wish because he thought I was calling him. At least that?s the assumption I made after my brother and I walkedout confused about the abrupt rudeness. I?m guessing he thought we would ask him to remake the drinks for the correct flavors,but considering my own background in customer service I would have kept what we got and went about my workday. The smoothies wegot were bland and didn?t taste that great, but combined with the abrupt hostility and reading other comments on here, I?mprobably never coming back. $16 plus a 15% tip is a lot to spend on two simple drinks just to have the customer service rep bedisrespectful towards you for asking 1 simple and meaningless question. Ordered delivery and it?s as if the drivers make the food. I ordered Caribbean jerk burrito and it was squeezed to the point the... food was coming out of both ends plus my side was a jalapeño cord and someone shook it in its container that it looks likecream corn. Went with my girlfriend for the first time and was super excited to try their food. She has an allergy to tomato?s and upon... arriving, we spoke with a worker and let him know about it and asked if we could have the food remade. We were told NO and thatwe would need to repurchase our entire order (that came to $32 initially) just to have this correct this. TERRIBLE SERVICE.There were plenty of workers in the store that could?ve re made the food, i don?t understand how it would?ve affected theirbusiness by simply just remaking the wrap.
