Literally the worst experience ever. The manager lady was super rude, loud and bossy. She decided that everyone needed to use... the kiosk and food was super late. THEN- there was almost a fight with a customer that came in. Completely unprofessional and Iwon't even speak about my food from Tim Hortons. They didn?t give me my receipt so I can?t complain to corporate. If you look at my other reviews I normally leave very positive... reviews. I sat in line for over thirty minutes. Once I got to the ordering screen there were no cars in front of me so I?m notsure what the hold up was. The lady who took my order and payment was nice enough. When I got to the food pickup window theyoung man working there didn?t greet me, just stuck his arm out with my drink and then again with my straw; never once saidanything to me even though I thanked him. Since they were so ?busy? I was expecting my fries to be fresh but they were room tempand old. I ordered a Dave?s double and they gave me a baconator. I don't know what it was about this Wendy's, but the food just did not seem right. Nothing had flavor. We dined in and staff was... friendly, bathrooms and dining area were clean. Still can't get over how bland the food was though. Read more
As my local Wendy?s, I really try to give this Wendy?s the benefit of the doubt. It?s hard to get workers right now, so they?re... probably understaffed, that kind of thing. However, I?ve been there to hear a female manager or assistant manager yelling at thecrew in front of customers, repeated my order multiple times to a clearly very high employee, but the biggest issue is the drivethru speed. It is consistently slower than molasses. And you just have to enter the drive thru knowing it?s going to be at leasta 15 minute process, and when you get to the menu you?ll be waiting a good 3-4 minutes before someone is able to even take yourorder. In the past few days I?ve attempted a late night order. The first time I waited 7-8 minutes just to get to the point toplace my order to learn they were not accepting cards and could only take exact change. And just now I waited at drive thru tono response before giving up entirely and going to Taco Bell. I wonder who the manager and owner of this location is, and dothey even care about owning a business? They have recently invested in updating the interior and putting up the new logo design,but perhaps they need to look into caring about their service? Read more
Staff was very friendly which is the only reason for 3 stars. Foods left alot to be desired. The cheese on my burger was not... even close to being melted so it was not hot at all. Neither were our fries and to make matters worse the nuggets were spilledall over the bottom of the bag and one of them was half eaten before we even touched them. So someone that works at Wendy's toola bite of a nugget and then put it in our 10 PC nugget. Gross!!!! Read more
Do not go there. Employees are filthy. Turning away customers. Smoking weed. Don't know how much to charge me for what I... ordered. Pulled away because I felt if they don't know how much my order is then my food would be terrible. Sat in the drivethru line 40 minutes. I would blame it on short staffing but there were 7 of them. After being on the road for a while, stopped here to eat and stretch our legs. The whole place is filthy, counters are sticky,... their food prep area had trash and food everywhere. We decided to at least use the restroom and I've seen rest stops that lookednicer. Both sinks had a gray film (not stained, an easily cleaned dirt film that I could remove with my fingers, trash and usedpads on the ground. Honestly wouldn?t even give them one star! More often than not now in evenings they do not respond when you go to the speaker.... And when they do answer they say ?our computer system is down??.every time. I finally asked if their computers are down everyday now and they said ?pretty much, yeah?.
