Grove City PA Burger King deserves ZERO STARS, BUT UNFORTUNELY HAVE TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR TO WRITE THIS REVIEW! Extremely Poor... Service, thru the Grove City PA drive thru - Sat Eve 11/19/22 approx 7 to 9 pm ! The person taking our order, was talking withsomeone else; while trying to take our order. It was very rowdy in the restaurant with the employees, upon going to window.Unusually long wait time for food. Worker at window, was wiping his nose with his bare hands and then going to service us at thedrive thru window, plus sitting on food counter - 2 guys and 1 girl employees reaking havoc - more interested in clowning aroundthan waiting on customers! Mgmt had better get a grip on this Grove City Burger King & their employees. We canceled our order &went to McDonald's- we got A+ service and hot food - AT MCDONALDS ! I have an Associate of Science in Baking and Pastry Artsfollowed by a Bachelors in Food Service Mgmt FOR 27 + YEARS. Read more

It was absolutely filthy! And the worst tasting burger I?ve ever had in my life!
Ordered a meal on the app and was charged for it, went to pick it up and the guy on the speaker (wouldn't tell me his name) said... they were unable to fulfill my order because they can't make burgers. Burger King couldn't make burgers! I told the guy Iwanted a refund and he said I was refunded so I waited a little while and I didn't get my money back until I contacted theircustomer service line a few hours later. Read more

As much as I love fast food and a good burger, surprisingly Burger King is not the best place to go for, well, a burger. I went... in today around lunch, and the wait was so insanely long. I know this is expected, with it being a weekend, but I feel that noneof the workers were being properly directed. The management in this place is terrible. I went inside and it took me 10 minutesto just get my order in, which is wayyy too long for ?fast? food. I looked to see where the cashier was and she was in thekitchen trying to help get the food out faster. It seemed as though everyone else was doing the opposite persons job, notbecause they weren?t listening, but just because they were not being told what to do. And then, out comes the manager, lookinglike she just got done running a 5k, after she had been in her office the entire time I was waiting, only to yell at the cookfor not adding cheese to a burger. She then proceeded to take over cooking, which left everyone still confused as to what theywere supposed to be doing. Also almost no hygiene was being reinforced here, with people messing with their hair and thentouching the food, and people handling money and then putting food into bags. I think it is very obvious that this placeseverely lacks good management and that the environment that is created by the current ?management? is stressful and unhealthy. Read more
