I had a coupon for a free iced coffee and a guy named Zach charged me full price. When I mentioned it he said oh must have been... used already. Then walked away. Didn't have a manager come talk to me or anything. It was a coupon I won at a gun raffle in araffle basket. This was not already used. I didn't even see him scan it. I?ll be as short as possible. Waited 32 minutes for a mobile order. Poor girl was so stressed and i felt bad for her but wow 32... minutes for one coffee while people were coming in and out getting theirs? then it took over a week for them to do anythingabout it. had to talk to corporate to even get acknowledged. this store has still never reached out to me to try to fixproblem. whoever franchised this store does not care about their employees or customers AT ALL and i would not recommendsupporting this business. they are all independently owned, so go to a different dunkin if you have the chance :) Read more
Got food poisoning here. I?m not sure exactly what was in my drink (literally just a cold brew) but it tasted like toxic waste... and I got VERY ill after drinking it. Contacted customer service and was told someone from this location would be reaching outto me, which never happened. Read more
This location never seems to run smoothly. It?s chaotic service at best. The attention to walk-in customers is slow. They pay... very little attention to the counter. The front of house is consistently dirty. I wish there could be a redeeming characteristicof this location, except that it is a short walk for me. Read more
The staff here are very friendly. I love the Avacado & Roasted Tomato Toast. I get it 2-3 days a week. However, it's not... toast...it's bread. I repeatedly ask for it "extra toasty" or dark and I get bread. One time I saw where the person taking myorder marked "dark" on the ticket and I actually got toast. Why is this such a difficult concept. It is Avacado TOAST notAvacado bread. I hope that management looks at these reviews and provides the proper instructions to their staff on thedifference between bread and toast and then when someone requests dark toast it actually gets communicated to the person makingthe order. Was excited by initial experiences here but I have to edit the review as service and atmosphere have deteriorated over time. It... seems there isn't enough allotment of staff for work that is needed. Often donuts are stale tasting and there's a generalfeeling that staff has to rush and aren't able to give customer attention beyond 'here's your item'. Read more
Seems like every time we get coffee it's burnt, tastes awful, when we asked to make it fresh they get mad. Well I say the coffee... urns need cleaning and make fresh coffee at least every hour, very poor service ???? Read more
