Better than most other McDonald's locations and the staff was friendly!
This 3rd time that I ordered just ice coffee had to wait 20 mins while they filled and served people who came in after me and... ordered after me. Horrible service I had to ask 2 different times where my ice coffee was why were they filling orders thatthey took after mine. I was told they would get to it. When they finally did get my ice coffee they just put in on counter andnever said it was ready. Other customer told me that he thought that was my ice coffee. This is the worst McDonald?s I ever been too. We eat out more than we should do to our busy schedules and we go to this location... often. It does not matter what time of the day we go here it?s TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! They forget things in my order CONSTANTLY,they NEVER NEVER NEVER say thank you, the last time I was here they handed me a over stuffed bag that was ripped and didn?tspeak at all just had their hand out the window. I said ? oh that bag is ripped? she just looked at me and never movedthankfully it didn?t completely rip apart while she was holding it. I actually would of preferred it then maybe I would of hadhot food cause they would of had to remake it. Another time I was in drive thru and got home and there was no meat on my Big MacREALLY!!! When I called they pretty much assumed I was lying. Another time I was there and my sons 2 McDoubles had 4 bottoms ofburger buns no tops just all bottoms. I don?t know what it is with this location but they need to close it down and turn it intosomething else with a entire new staff. Stopped by here on my way home for a quick meal. Arrived around 11 am and the food was freshly cooked. I'm very picky about the... buns, and they were soft and the fish filet was juicy. The fries ???? were perfect... A little crispy and soft in the inside. Iordered at the drive thru and I didn't see the fish filet pic under the combo menu (it wasn't displayed). The young man who tookmy order was patient and told me to take my time. That was nice. I would come here again if I am ever in the area. Read more
