Really great service! Employees who despite having a rough day themselves, still treat their customers with respect and... kindness! Went in with a little problem and Michelle was very very helpful! Little Sunshine out to day. Put going thru car wash at sheetz (learned last trip to get points have to use card ... got gas) Pump 9 asked me did i want a wash punch in numbers told me to go inside. I did. got inside informed Bridgett pump 9 didn't like me done something wrong. She asked me how much gas. Said I paid it gave me gas no wash she gave me a receipt. Asked where was numbers for wash she told me pump don't always give washes. She said use your card toldher wanted the points she said sorry or something. Told her I was angry. l Will probably go to Sheetz next trip to town but don't know why That could not have been fixed. No line in store at the time. Ty Read more
Grove City Sheetz is my favorite sheetz. A cashier by the name of Shawn is friendly, shows that you matter. I love his upbeat... personality and enthusiasm. No matter the time of Day. My favorite employee. If you have employee of the Month he deserves it. Read more
They don't require the food service employees to wear a mask, only a face sheild. Face sheilds are ineffective unless a mask is... also worn per CDC guidelines. Do you want someone making your food who doesn't take the necessary precautions in the middle ofa pandemic which has killed over 300k people in this country alone? Until they change their in store employee mask guidelines,I'd strongly recommend going to another location to get any MTO food. Read more
I was shocked upon going to the sheetz in grove city. When stopping for a snack my husband and I witnessed at least 10 people... come in and out of the store without masks. The staff was clearly uncomfortable but told my husband they?re not allowed toenforce customers to wear masks. We love sheetz but was disappointed in its customers! Will not be going back. Read more
Nicely remodeled Sheetz with good service and no complaints. Nice seating area.
This location usually gets my order correct. Most of the food is great. Avoid the burgers. I've spent more than my share of time... in hospitals, and these are absolutely hospital food. Everything else? Cool Read more
