Angry staff, slammed door in our face at dinner time.... Apparently serving customers at dinner time isn't their business model.... We tried to walk in get dinner while on the road home. With the door half open, the staff member yanked it out of my hand andslammed it closed and told me they are now closed. I said we just wanted to get a couple of burgers. I then got an earful of arant about how she isn't paid for this, there's no support, no stuff left, they should never have been open in the first place,and so on.... She was yelling this at us like it was our fault we were there for food. The dining room was empty and thedrive-thru had maybe six cars in line. And it's 530pm... She could have calmly said they have shortages and need to close butinstead yelling at the customers is the route they took. I guess client interactions wasn't on the training schedule. So insteadwe went to the mall and had some very nice steak sandwiches and pretzels. You best do the same if you want to avoid angrypeople. Read more

I'm only rating it a 1 because I couldn't rate it a ZERO!!!!! After driving an hour with 6 children and 3 adults, we saw... McDonald's and Wendy's...since McDonald's was already closed, Wendy's it was. We ordered through the drive thru and the orderscame to about $30- $35 and NOT 1 THING WAS RIGHT!!!!!!!! The burgers were PINK and RAW Inside!! The fries seemed to have beencooked about hour before we got there!!! The drinks had no flavor just carbonation in a cup!!! The 1 burger that was done wasserved on a bun so hard, she threw it back in the bag and threw the whole bag away!!! I understand that we did arrive about10:30pm, and that they just had a large party that was leaving the inside when we arrived, but that's NO EXCUSE to serve RAWMEAT!!!!!! I was so upset I didn't even get a picture. And then the manager on hand really could have cared less and that wasthe saddest part!!! Yes, I understand over work and under paid TRUST ME, I understand you don't wanna be there all night butit's Your Job!!! I paid for a service and I didn't think I was paying for RAW burgers for children!!!! Tighten Up Crew or headto the outlets 50 feet away.....Someone there is always hiring and they close by 9!!!!! You are some rude people that can't even take an order without being ignorant and then make it all wrong. The burger was a... hockey puck...change management asap and fire the trash girl at the drive through...ignorance will be yours to embrace! Read more

The staff was pleasant, food was Wendy's standard, but ladies restroom was a train wreck!! Stall door locks loose and... inadequate, toilets not flushing, sinks barely functioning. Needs to be remodeled. Read more

Ww are on the road A LOT! Best Wendy's we have been to in a while. Loved the picnic tables outside. Clean area. There was a line... both at the drive-thru & inside and they handled it well. Line inside moved despite the special orders being given. Read more

I used to order through door dash three times a week. I always ordered 3 grilled chicken pecan salads with extra blue cheese. I... do not mind paying extra for the extra blue cheese. However when you order on the doordash app you cannot select extra anything.It says this location does not accept special instructions and to call the store with any questions. So I called the store andwould ask for extra and everything was fine for about a week or so. Last time I called they said their manager yelled at themfor giving me extra because it costs extra. I said i would pay but they said there was no way to ring it up!! I asked to cancelthe order they wouldnt let me. I did not even eat the one salad. So over a little bit of extra cheese they cost themselves aregular customer. I have been trying to reach corporate and am not giving up! Read more

The frostys are good. But the team needs to be taught better. Asked for no onions on my burger, the lady said there weren?t any... but we said it again and she still didn?t take them off so I still got onions. The dining room is really dirty. Had to wipe offmy seat before I sat down. The woman put ?No creamy cheddar cheese? after I said no onions and I still got the cheese aswell.They need to team them how to put stuff into a computer.
