Wow! This has to be the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life at a fast food restraunt! Lori I hope you get... treated the same way you treated my family next time you take your own family out to eat! It?s just not right you go somewhereand spend your hard earned money at a restaurant just to be treated with disrespect! If you don?t get better employees yourgonna lose a lot more customers. I ate at Hardee?s in Groveland Florida on Saturday 7-09-2022. I got the big cheeseburger meal. It was $6.00 plus tax. My food... was fresh but something wasn?t right with the hamburger patty. My hamburger patty look like it had a disease. The sandwichdidn?t taste right. I asked for extra onions and the onions were very tiny small circled red onions. Some were dark some waslight. I will never return to Hardee?s & eat again. The sandwich was awful! I ended up tossing the sandwich in the trash! Read more
This is the best Hardees I?ve been to in a long time. My burger was fresh hot and put together perfectly. fries were hot and... crispy. The staff was friendly and engaging. What a disappointment. Especially after having to pull forward and wait. For someone who has to watch their sodium intake, the... beef taco is one of the very few items on the menu I can enjoy. Inconsistent... Hit or miss depending on witch employees are working. Yesterday ordered a hotdog chili dog meal. It was... perfect, chili, onions, fries, napkins. Today, ordered same meal, even gave the meal number to the employee. I got a a plainhotdog, no chili, no onions, no napkins, and no "you're welcome" when I said thanks. Read more
