I would give it a 1 and half start due to that pump 13 was not working use the speaker button to speak to an employee they never... answered. I went inside 3 employees 1 was doing his job the 2 other ladies were just laughing and not caring about thecustomers. Once it was my turn I asked if pump 13 was working they lady just looking at me and said I don't know ???????????. Itold her I used the call button to speak to you but got no reply. Then she said oh those things dont work. I was why don't youput a sign that says not working. A regular stop while on road trips, but super disappointing this morning. Cash only on the door, which is fine. I go in to pay... for gas and grab some food, but at 740 am there was no breakfast items. All rollers and hot boxes empty. Super disappointing! Read more
For the last 2 years i have had good customer service at this location even when they have long lines. We have turned into a... world of insta gratification. Cashiers put up with alot. If you are in a hurry maybe you guys should leave earlier. Anyway itwas an early run to the store today . The cashier, Frank was very personable and professional. I owned a business and I believeyou should do what it takes to keep Frank around. ???? I dont care how much he makes but he deserves more. Huge thanks to Frankfor his outstanding customerservice. It's a rare commodity these days. Thank you for making my day. From customer service and your hard work , and kindness you should be employee of the month!. Nice store good location neat & clean. Employees seem to be professional most of them anyway. Last night Saturday January 29th,... i got some boiled peanuts and by God someone must have dumped an entire container of salt. Even after rinsing with water theywere salty. I think at least 2 of the cashier's are intentionally over charging and short chancing customers. Just left and after being told... my total was 1.07 by the cashier, I was charged for a frozen drink ($2.02) instead of a fountain drink, which costs 1.07. it'sonly a dollar, but last time this happened here, I was short changed for almost 15$ at the pump. I know what I gave her at theregister but I have a short temper and money Is a sensitive subject so both times I just accepted it. If not dishonest,incompetent. Read more
