Store says open until 10 pm l, with the open sign on, but I showed up at 8:05pm and the doors were locked, but there were... customers inside getting orders and the staff just kept looking at me like I was stupid when I knocked on the door. After thetrash food the first 2 times I figured I wouldn?t be back, but why not give it a shot on my way back from work tonight after noteating all day, who knows, maybe it won?t taste like the staff from last week left it in the fridge and served it to me. Wellthank you powers that be for looking out for me tonight, food would have probably been trash once again. Never coming back. Ohyeah and the first time I ever went to this location the employee making my food was stoned out of his mind, and was openly andactively trash talking employees from the earlier shift. Great flavor variety you dont get at Chipotle. Chicken is just ok, be careful about mixing certain sauces., doesn't always taste... great. The staff here is really friendly and they mix a good burrito, also you can get the burrito grilled. Read more
I believe the quality of service is just as important as the quality of the food. The food is always good and portion size is... good but when you encounter a rude employee, it makes you think twice about returning. Probably won't be going back anytimesoon. If you don't mind being treated like an inconvenience, you should find this establishment acceptable. Read more
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any food establishment. From the beginning it was an upset, after... placing my order I get a call that they are out of chicken. I had to substitute for taco meat which is cheaper and I was notreturned my difference. The order was placed at 9:00pm for a 9:20pm ready time. I did not arrive until around 9:40pm. I thinkthat gives ample time to complete and double check an order. The kids meal was missing the drink and cookie to which I had toget back out into the cold and slipperry ground to retrieve. Upon getting home and opening my dinner after; a long day at schooland work, there is no steak on my steak bowl. Another thing I was charged for but didn?t receive a difference when not received.I also paid for a tortilla to go along with my bowl to which I did not receive either. Upon calling the store to advise them ofthe errors the rep tells me not to eat my incorrect dinner and return it the following day for them to replace it. I am beyondmyself in disbelief from this experience. The callus way as to which my situation was brushed off after being robbed addedfurther injury. This was my first time at a Hot Head Burrito and I am not at all impressed. Read more
This is not only the best Hot Heads Burrito place, it is the best food place. period. If you want good food and some how even... greater service stop here.
