ABSOLUTELY the worst Pizza Hut on earth! Was so optimistic when they were building this location hoping it would be better than... the one on Macsway, NOPE! Just as worse if not more worse! You can tell from the front counter just how ridiculously unorganizedthis dump this! I don?t want to hear staffing shortages anymore either. Either pay them more to get better employee quality, orshut the place down!! Enough is enough. Waited over an hour for pick up medium pizza and wings. This pizza hut always messed up my order. Today was no exception. I always go to pizza hut in canal but my bf ordered from... this one today. ???? When we 1st walked in the store we had to wait 20 minutes for them to get our order that has beensitting in the heater waiting for us. They were on the phone trying to take a customer's order this whole time 7 employeesgathered around the front counter talking about they can't understand her accent and passing the phone around. Then they hung upon her! It finally came time for them to hand my pizza over to me and they opened the Box and showed it to me and it was noteven what I ordered and then they argued with me and said it was . Two hours for an online order that stated thirty minutes. Will not buy from Pizza Hut on South Hamilton Road again. Two times I... ordered from here, both times I was extremely unsatisfied. I was very disappointed. This was the second time. We ordered a Meat lovers pan Pizza. I order like 3 times a month. My husband... picked it up due to me being at work. They never showed him the Pizza when he picked it up. The toppings was not even close tothe edge. It was like half crust. I hate to have to find a new Pizza place. Tried to give this place a chance again after filing a complaint in June after our thin crust pizza tasted like dirty dish... water. Never heard back from anyone. We couldn't eat the pizza. Last night we ordered 2 large hand tossed pizzas and cinnamonsticks for my birthday celebration. The hand tossed pizzas were hard and thin. the cinnamon sticks were overcooked and crunchyon one side and were just lightly dusted with cinnamon. Read more
I was a little hesitant because this location been getting mixed reviews. However, I love the HUT so I had to go. I went 2/12/22... at 11:30am. 30 minutes after opening. My pizza was made on time and perfect. Customer service was respectful. Not sure ifgoing/ordering early makes a difference BUT I was pleased with my order. New location tipped 4.00 and the pizza and wings was cold. Was not even a little bit warm. Took 2 hours to get to my house. I place my order for lunch using my rewards points. I get to this location and door is lock. Sign on door says won't open until... 11am. Online and the app shows this place opens at 10am. Misleading mostly when you are lunch break. I should get something forwaiting for 50 mins. I waited at 11 and employees walk up and said manager got fired last week.
