It's McDonald's...they were very busy but staff did an excellent job of moving orders. We had dine in and were a large party.... Oatmeal was made with fruit in it by mistake and they replaced it quickly and without a problem. Read more
It's McDonald's. I don't think there is a lot to expect. I used a kiosk, which worked up until I wanted to pay. So I found... myself waiting to confirm my order and pay for it. It was a short wait so no big deal, but a longer wait would have me abandonthe mcnuggets and look elsewhere for chicken. Read more
Horrible! I have had multiple mistakes on orders. They forget stuff when I call for delivery or they send the wrong items. When... I call to correct it they always blame the driver, so I?ve gone in person and the manager is completely rude! Then they begin totalk about the customer in Spanish which is completely uncalled for because they are the ones not doing their job correctly.This last time I called out the manager for talking about me in Spanish it caught her off guard and when I went to pay for myfood she threw my card back at me. I?m not 100% sure if it is the same lady but if it is she needs to be fired, she is totallyunprofessional. As for the rest a the staff they should get trained on customer service. UPDATE March 16 2021 EXCELLENT McDonalds! After several visits for takeout, and a couple of large delivery orders, this... McDonalds was accurate each time, and included all requested items, condiments, napkins, etc. The App is really good forordering ahead, and the Kiosks are intuitive and detailed, eliminating the need for human interaction, andmiscommunication. EXCELLENT! Had a takeout early lunch order. Prompt, friendly service. Beautiful recent remodel, easy to usekiosk boards, bright display menu. Very clean... I saw 2 employees cleaning the dining room while I waited. This location is anexcellent example of what McDonalds should be! Aside from that, there are lots of BUMS? around, hanging around the parking lotand occupying the bathrooms. Read more
Dec 2, 2020 Mc Rib is here and it was Awesome, and a Double Qp with cheese (which is now made with fresh beef not frozen, made... to order) was Excellent!! No doubt the best burger I've had at McDonald's to date. Mc Nuggets and fries were hot andfresh. Used kiosk in lobby to order, very convenient, less hassle. Fast friendly service! Covid compliant. I wanted chikky nuggys. Theirs is the best.
