It was good pizza, but a little pricey. Kids had a blast in the arcade. Did notice the staff didn't clean up any of the tables... who had left. I don't know if they don't have enough employees or what, but every time I go to pick up my order I have to wait. It took an... hour from the time I ordered it, to be ready. One time I ordered a beer at the same time I paid for my pick up order. I knew Iwas early, but never got served my beer. I had to get a refund for the beer. Not impressed with the service. Read more
This was am awful experience thus was the 4th bad experience with this store. It was so bad. We ordered told 45-1 hr wait. 1... hour and 10 mins later I called to get an eta or see what was going on was told that my pizzas were on the way would only be5-10 mins. She was in her way. 30 mins later no pizza I called again was told oh your pizzas are coming out right now. ???? Whatapparently they mixed up orders they said it would be another 10-15. Very disappointing visit, nowhere near typical RT quality. Pizza was nasty and took twice as long as it should have. Someone... shut the oven down was the excuse and they had to make it over. Restaurant had another group of 6 people, so they were notoverly busy. Cashier/hostess was playing with her phone, wiping her face with her hands and messing with her hair. We werehoping she didn't bring our pizza to the table. Absolutely disgusting in a food service business. We will not be back. Read more
I go 2 a month and order the same the food was good but wait times are around 30 to 45 min for my pizza but I like my salad.
Monday, called in order for delivery. Was told 45 mins to 1 hour, was delivered in 28 mins! Awesome delivery driver! ????... Hooked us up with napkins, plates, parmesan, red peppers and ranch. We ordered a large pan 1/2 King Arthur 1/2 Montague allmeat, extra sauce and cheese, also bbq boneless chicken and mango habanero boneless chicken. Loved the habanero chicken, justthe right amount of sweet to spicy, bbq chicken had a sweet sauce no heat to it but very tasty and the pizza was good but,crust a bit on the doughy side, lots of toppings though! Barely any cheese and only in the middle, some slices had no cheese at all.
