Good service, a bit busy being inside a grocery store, but that's not their fault.
Yestarday evening I ordered a drink. When I asked for an extra cup of water as the female burista was making my drink, I was... told that I would have to wait until she completed the customer's drink in line behind me. When I saw that she was actuallyserious about her response and starting to make their drink instead of helping me first, I told her to forget about it andwalked out. Very poor service and this girl needs to be trained in first come first serve to all paying customers!!! Read more
Asked for a venti caffe vanilla frappuccino with an extra shot. I watched the barista make it and didn?t see her put the extra... shot in it, so I asked if it had an extra shot when she handed me the drink. She looked at the cup, realized she hadn?t botheredto completely read the order, and said, ?Oh, I can fix that,? and proceeded to scrape the whipped cream off into the sink, pourthe drink back into a blender, add a shot, re-blend it, and pour it back into the original cup. Not only is this againstStarbucks ?re-make the complete drink? standard, but now it was just basically cold vanilla coffee - it wasn?t a Frappuccino anylonger.
