Good service, a bit busy being inside a grocery store, but that's not their fault.
Yestarday evening I ordered a drink. When I asked for an extra cup of water as the female burista was making my drink, I was... told that I would have to wait until she completed the customer's drink in line behind me. When I saw that she was actuallyserious about her response and starting to make their drink instead of helping me first, I told her to forget about it andwalked out. Very poor service and this girl needs to be trained in first come first serve to all paying customers!!! Read more
Asked for a venti caffe vanilla frappuccino with an extra shot. I watched the barista make it and didn?t see her put the extra... shot in it, so I asked if it had an extra shot when she handed me the drink. She looked at the cup, realized she hadn?t botheredto completely read the order, and said, ?Oh, I can fix that,? and proceeded to scrape the whipped cream off into the sink, pourthe drink back into a blender, add a shot, re-blend it, and pour it back into the original cup. Not only is this againstStarbucks ?re-make the complete drink? standard, but now it was just basically cold vanilla coffee - it wasn?t a Frappuccino anylonger. The service was ok. But 3 of them were behind the counter just kind of gossiping. My order was horribly made with all the... Carmel just sitting at the bottom. So when u took a sip it was just pure Carmel. And they didn't mix it . his hands were allover the whip cream. I suggest dont go there when the guy with the scruffy hair and one front tooth is there. everything was closed @10am, weird! I'm not a big fan of Starbucks anyways I can make myself my own cup of coffee it would... rival there's any day for what maybe a buck. You will never find me with a Starbucks cup in my hand unless it's theircomplementary water if they give out. Read more
I am a Starbucks regular, and I have NEVER experienced such terrible service at a Starbucks. Drive two blocks to the real... Starbucks on Grand. The convenience of it being in Vons isn't worth it. Read more
Seems really slow but the guy was super nice. But what can you expect with only 1 person working
