Chick-fil-A of Grovetown has yet to disappoint! A guilty pleasure once or twice a month for lunch. I always get the the Spicy... Chick-fil-A Deluxe with waffle fries and a Coke. The service is always top notch and efficient (even with the occasionalling lines), and the facilities are always clean. Enjoy! Read more
Excellent customer service. I had a delivery problem due to Door dash. I called to find out what happened with my order and even... though it wasn't their fault the manager fixed the problem! Let me just start off by saying I?m a Chick-fil-A platinum member, meaning I eat a whole lot of Chick-fil-A. However, I will not... be returning to this location EVER again. I was asked to pull forward in the drive thru because my food was not ready yet, and Iexplained to the guy that I did not want to because the last two times I did I was forgotten about. Instead of addressing myconcern, the employee then threatened to call the police on me because apparently sitting in the drive through waiting on yourfood you just paid $40 for is a ?fire hazard? (& apparently it?s their ?policy?)?..maybe the fire marshal should pay them avisit if this is the case. I then asked to speak to the manager who wasn?t much better herself in handling the situation. In thetime they spent arguing with me to pull up, my food was ready and sitting on the counter. To top the whole visit off, they wereout of lemons (because no one wanted to cut them), the grilled chicken was tough, and they didn?t give us utensils to eat with.There were PLENTY of employees inside working that day and absolutely no reason their operation shouldn?t have been runningsmoother. Poor management and lack of leadership at this location is a problem for sure. Not to mention poor customer serviceskills. The last thing you do is threaten a customer, not the first.
