Chick-fil-A of Grovetown has yet to disappoint! A guilty pleasure once or twice a month for lunch. I always get the the Spicy... Chick-fil-A Deluxe with waffle fries and a Coke. Excellent customer service. I had a delivery problem due to Door dash. I called to find out what happened with my order and even... though it wasn't their fault the manager fixed the problem! Never once did anyone at Chick-fil-a get snippy or impatient withme. And it was the usual good food! Read more

Our son has dairy and egg allergies which is why we frequent chic-fil-a. Their grilled nuggets and fries are one of the few fast... food options our son can have. We were bummed to see a sign as we were walking in that the nuggets had been contaminated at themanufacturer with dairy. However, the store comped our son?s meal (we still got him fries) and I appreciate that they posted theissue. Overall it was a bummer but handled well by the store. Read more
My families and I usually love chick-fil-A, this last experience here at the Grovetown restaurant changed my opinion.... Chick-fil-A is known for serving fresh hot food but two months ago my family and I went there right before closing when I gothome I was unpleasantly surprised, the food was cold and my 4 piece tenders that I ordered were only 2 in half pieces to makematters worst they appeared burnt.I did try to call them back but they were closed. I call the next business day, thinking theywould make it right. I spoke to the manager who was very apologetic about the situation and she seemed to be really nice. Shesaid that she would speak to staff about it and someone from the office would be reaching out to me to resolve this matterwithin 24 hours. I did wish she could have corrected this herself because I still had the food and pictures and receipt that Ikept as proof but she insisted that it was not necessary so I waited for a response that never came. I just decided not to go tothat chick-fil-a ever again since this is I they chose to conduct business.Which is ashame because I had to explain to my kidswhy we can?t patronize them anymore Read more
Normally one would think to themselves that they would have to omit chick fil a from their diet when looking for cleaner options... for take out, however I was pleased with the amount of macro friendly options that chick fil a has. The grilled nuggets weredelicious, perfectly seasoned and juicy, the kale crunch was light and refreshing, and the mixed fruit was cold and fresh. Let me just start off by saying I?m a Chick-fil-A platinum member, meaning I eat a whole lot of Chick-fil-A. However, I will not... be returning to this location EVER again. I was asked to pull forward in the drive thru because my food was not ready yet, and Iexplained to the guy that I did not want to because the last two times I did I was forgotten about. Instead of addressing myconcern, the employee then threatened to call the police on me because apparently sitting in the drive through waiting on yourfood you just paid $40 for is a ?fire hazard? (& apparently it?s their ?policy?)?..maybe the fire marshal should pay them avisit if this is the case. I then asked to speak to the manager who wasn?t much better herself in handling the situation. In thetime they spent arguing with me to pull up, my food was ready and sitting on the counter. To top the whole visit off, they wereout of lemons (because no one wanted to cut them), the grilled chicken was tough, and they didn?t give us utensils to eat with.There were PLENTY of employees inside working that day and absolutely no reason their operation shouldn?t have been runningsmoother. Poor management and lack of leadership at this location is a problem for sure. Not to mention poor customer serviceskills. The last thing you do is threaten a customer, not the first.
