Sadly, the croissant was burnt, room temp bacon & egg, fridge cold cheese...stuffed in the paper. There were literally 7-8... people working, it's a lack of care/training, IDK. Coffee was hot...hard to eff that up, though. The cashier that took my orderwas sweet and also a little mortified when the (presumably) shift manager and co-worker exchanged middle fingers over theirdisagreement about how the green tea latte tasted; one thought seaweed...the other thought her lying. ??????????? Thankfully this time the person toasting my bagel asked if it was toasted enough. The cashier was polite and efficient. This... visit was more favorable than the last, so I'm glad I tried again. Read more

Just left the new store on Wrightsboro Road in Grovetown. At drive-thru I was told their selection was very limited at the... time. We discussed and I ordered a dozen assorted with certain specifications. What I got was not what I had requested. Theperson who filled the order said she didn't have her headset on when I ordered. So she apparently didn't know what I wanted. Thegirl who took the order didn't communicate to the person filling it as to what I wanted. I took the doughnuts, but really? 12.95 for random doughnuts I didn't want? First and last time at this location. Read more

I wouldn?t buy the donuts again. They are dry. Where is the glaze? Very little filling in the filled ones. Not impressed at all... after having Krispy Kreme. 3 dozen wasted. Read more

We visit this new Dunkin? 3-5 times a week since it?s closer to my house. I always get a Lg iced coffee with mocha, cream, and... sugar. Every time I?ve been it?s been very consistent and on point except 1 time I think they forgot to put the mocha. Wesometimes get the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant ????. Sometimes we purchase donuts but not many at a time and it?s usuallythe sour cream, blueberry, or jelly. I hope they stay pretty consistent since the one on Lewiston Rd fell off so quick I quitgoing before they finished building this one. Customer service is always great for as well! Read more

My favorite Dunkin? around town. I mobile order and my order is always ready whenever I walk-in. Coffee is always good and food... always delicious! I visit 4/5 times a week and have never had a bad experience. Customer service is great and employees arealways nice (both the younger associates and the manager). Also, they always go out of their way to make sure my dogs get theirpup cups! I will continue to support this location with my business. Read more

Came in this morning july 1st around 10:00am. It wasn't busy. The door was wide open due to them still working on the building I... guess. There were flies flying in (pretty gross) but anyways we ordered 2 sourdough breakfast sandwiches with turkey sausage. 3orders of hash browns and 2 normal hot coffees. We got our food and left. While driving off I opened my sandwich to take a biteLOL the sourdough bread was not toasted like the picture shows on their menu. Both of the sourdough sandwiches were not toasted.Just 4 slices of thick white dry sourdough bread. I couldn't believe It. I had to come home and toast the bread on the grill, they were too big to fit in a toaster. Not how I planned on enjoying my food after I spent over $30 in a dunkin donuts. ????highly disappointed And my egg on my sandwich looks like someone bit into it smh. What is going on ???? The hash browns were acomplete soggy mess falling apart as soon as you touch them. And very very greasy. ???? they have to get drained of the greasebefore bagging them my goodness. We also ordered an apple fritter which was dry. And a strawberry donut which was good. Myhusband asked the male cashier if they had a military discount. He says "ummm I don't know, oh We don't have one" If you're anew employee and you don't know something you go and find out PERIOD. The place wasn't busy and the employees in the front enddid a lot of standing around. At one point the cashier had his back turned leaning on the register and there was a customerwaiting to be served SMH The coffees were good. I was excited this place opened up so close to me too. I know it just openedbut managers need to really ensure these young new employees know what they are doing with people's food. The male cashier wasnice but needs more customer service skills, he needs to speak up louder, and ask a manager if he doesn't know something. It'stoo easy. Very disappointed ???? not what I was expecting. Read more
