I made an online order and it was supposed to be ready at 6:42pm when I arrived my food was not done and I mean no where done... not even started the staff was fussing and cursing in front of customers. a couple of the employees have a very bad attitude andthe customer service is horrible. They keep losing track of orders and no one is fixing the problem. there is no one to helpcustomers at the front and one employee is walking around on the phone paying no attention to anything else. drive through isbacked up and the only person trying to help is the manager on duty I know next time not to order from the grovetown kfc becausecustomer service is absolutely horrible. The worst service ever. Won't be back.. Food took 45 min. We ask for a refund they couldn't give it to us. They had to recook... the wings because the 1st batch was uncooked. By the time we got our order it was 45 min later. Standing observing the workersthey got their gloves on touching their hair, clothes and touching and serving food with the same gloves. First, this location is only taking fulfilling orders made from online (curbside), or through the drive through. I am glad that... we did do this in advanced because I didn't want to wait. This information, however, should be more present either on thewebsite, or on the windows in big print. There was one notice about it on the counter once you walk in. I placed the orderonline at 6:30pm. My order update said it was ready at 6:40pm. My husband and I got there about 6:42pm (because it was a shortdrive and I placed the order while he was driving) my husband walked out the door with our order at 7:30pm. This is ridiculous. Not only did it take almost an hour after it said it was ready, but they didn't even give us our 6 biscuits that came with the16 piece bucket meal. One of the sides where also incorrect. I did check the bag before we got all the way home, but it was soopacked, it was hard to notice that all the biscuits weren't even accountable. My husband even explained he stood there for30mins before anyone even acknowledged him. Also, he did say that the gentleman was only focused on the drive through and ignorethe one at the counter, maybe improper training or her was overwhelmed ????). The lady moved him out the way and things went alot faster...after about 40mins of waiting. The chicken was hot though, and fresh, but it did seem Slightly overcooked becausewe ordered original and it was a bit crispy, still very good. The side orders were somewhat not as hot. The coleslaw was soupy,but very good. The Mac n cheese tastes like a boxed Mac n cheese, but was decent. We were supposed to have 1 mashed potato and1 corn also, but instead received 2 mash potatoes. Never Again, both meals were incorrect, under cooked and a complete waste of money.
