Very Unprofessional. Refused to acknowledge my wife when she went in to order our food. One of the workers has a problem with... my daughter's boyfriend, when he worked there, and he just walk inside with her to help carry our lunch to car. The rest of thecrew went outside to smoke and the other woman went to the back. This place has poor service and they all need fired. Grundyneeds businesses in the area, but this one needs shut down. The food is almost every time wrong and the current workersincompetent in their duties. I contracted corporate with no response, so they dont care this restaurant gives them a black eye. Beware if going there, you will be met with rudeness and your order will be wrong. I would just drive on by and goto a betterrestaurant. Read more
Still with the same breakfast issue. Incompetent employees. Claimed out of all breakfast items 30 mins before the end of... breakfast. With 6 employees smoking in the parking lot, it came across as no one wanting to go in and work. Read more
Never fails that grundy taco bell is always trash. They don't care about your order being right and they definitely do not care... to make a mess and not give any napkins. All the other taco bell locations like pikeville and Richlands do not even come closeto messing up like grundys... Read more
This place is horrible and horrible to there employees. Trust me I know I worked there for 6 year all together. Left and came... back a few times because in a small town there isn't many jobs.. the management there is horrible. All the management needsreplaced except a few people. Mostly the General manager and the area couch! They treat people horrible and also put them inharms way! Example- when the weather is bad like snow wise they will put in a group chat that if anyone calls in they will befired All while the GM and Area couch is at home safe and sound. my husband and I stop here Monday evening. and yet again they out done there self's. I'm never disappointed with this group of... employee's being completely slammed with the after school rushed they still made our food the way we order it and the food wasperfectly put together. and taste so good. Very friendly as well. Keep up the good work. I've been to Bristol, Abingdon, andNorton Va Taco Bell and Grundy Taco Bell is the best all around. Thank you for doing such a great job. Read more
