This is Popeyes is HORRIBLE!! Never ever do they have chicken ready and it's always a 30 minute wait and the workers always rude... & very unprofessional!!. It's operated by young kids who just stand around talking and own there phones. It's never any adultsupervision. I live 1 mile away but choose 2 drive 5 miles 4 ready chicken & respectable service. Great chicken but please always check your orders. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've never gotten my correct order. I either... get different or missing items or sometimes even extra items (not complaining though). Like I said really good chicken justfollow my advice. Order ahead and wait at least 30 minutes before heading out and double check your orders in store don't waituntil you get home because you will be disappointed. The gravy was old ,chunky and obviously been sitting all day. The chicken was gray in color and dryer than their biscuits. My... girlfriend found a bug in the mac and cheese.Worst popeyes experience ever. Oh and their ice machine was broke. So hot sodas.Not their fault. but holy hell make some fresh food. This was hands down the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The place was dirty. Someone had spilled a drink on the floor... employee's didn't both to clean it up. They literally would just step over the mess. They were slow in processing orders. Ittook 30 minutes for them to get me two spicy chicken sandwiches. Employees were rude and seemed to be more interested in horseplay than doing the job they were paid to do! When I asked the guy at the register when my order will be done he got upset andsaid "IT'S COMING" with attitude. This was hands down the absolute worst fast food experience I have ever encountered! This place is an embarrassment to the franchise. I arrived 20 minutes after I ordered and waited another 10. Only then to find... out they didn't have Mac n cheese or cocktail sauce. Chicken sitting under warmers unserved and cranky workers with dirtyclothes. After all that they gave me ice cold fries. Knowing perfectly well they were cold when they put my order together. Ihad a $40 order and got a dirty look for wanting at least warm fries for my customer. The only thing I recommend about thisdump is not to go there. What a waste of money. These clowns couldn't even get a $30 order right. On top of not getting any of our food right, they couldn't even get the sides... right. Paid extra through doordash for Mac n cheese and biscuits and they gave us coleslaw and nasty rice. Didn't order anyspicy chicken, ended up getting nothing but spicy chicken. Couldn't even get the condiments right. I'm not sure what kind ofmanagement is running this location but maybe they need to go back to the basics before they attempt to run a store.
