I've been coming here since they opened a subway in Guadalupe and even though they were slow, I excepted it because what other... choice do I have besides driving 10-15 mins to the next town. But I'm unsure if I will be back this time. I ordered 3 sandwichesand a wrap through their app. Went to pick it up 13 mins after it said it would be ready and it wasn't. I still had to wait.Once I finally received it, I came home and started separating the sandwiches and come to find out, not only were the sandwichesmade with very little veggies added to them, but they were all made the same. My daughter has an allergy to pickles. Not lifethreatening, but enough to make her uncomfortable. I'm definitely not happy customer right now and they really need to lookcarefully at what is being ordered and make it correctly! It could have been a very bad outcome if we didn't catch the pickles! This was the best service I've gotten from possibly any fast food restaurant ever. Lucas i think his name was was very helpful... when i had an issue with my subway app then continued to be courteous and patient( I'm vegetarian and kinda picky)throughout myorder and was even thoughtful enough to offer to wrap my foot long into two separate 6in sandwiches which was perfect since ialways save half for later. Very disappointing. First we were overcharged and then to top it off my husband was supposed to have double chicken on his... sandwich and didn't realize there was no meat at all until we we're driving out of town. I won't go there again. Read more
Went there at 8:30 am had a toasted beef sandwich and it was great. Service was very good and the place was very clean
