I just went to this location for my lunch break and I noticed the girl in the back was making food with no gloves on, did not... see her wash her hands once as well as touched my fries so they wouldn?t fall. The girl doing cash seemed completely over today,which is understandable however in customer service, u should at least act like ur having an okay day. Did not eat there today, but as a previous employee of another store. Found it VERY inappropriate that the manager wished to... have a coaching conversation at the front of the store in front of customers. The poor girl looked so uncomfortable. There aplace for these discussions to take place & it is NOT in front of customers. Read more
After waiting ten minutes, they told me it would be 3 minute wait. There was no one else there. Wouldn't give me a refund when... I said I couldn't wait as i only get a 15 minute break. It was then actually another 5 minutes. So i wasn't able to even eat myfood and it went in the garbage.they also bumped all orders mine and the two that came in afterwards so that they wouldn't ruintheir "times" but if it takes you 15 minutes to make a value pick item, then who are you really fooling? Doesn't help that inhigh school I worked at an a&w so only added the the frustration as i know how easy the job is. Ridiculous. Read more
So I went in this morning wanting a classic bacon and eggs combo waited a few minutes for resturant to open to get up there to... place my order and they couldnt make my meal I wanted because the girl was new . Seriously why would the company hire a personthat doesnt know how to make a simple bacon eggs and toast. Edit: How about you fix your credit/debit machines. 2 days in a row they are messed up and you dont tell the customer ahead of... time.. going to this location is an absolute joke. Food is always late or messed up. How about you hire people who want to workand train them to do their job....... I would give a zero if I had that option. The young lady behind the counter was incrediblyrude. I had to repeat myself multiple times and she kept messing up. Then she became quite rude to me. And the breakfastsandwiches were barely warm.
