Burrito bowl was good. The chips and dips combo is over priced for the quantity you received.
I?ve come to this place many times and was severely disappointed with my dinner. I asked for a chicken burrito bowl, there?s... about 5 tiny pieces of chicken and one tiny little scoop of rice. I paid $14 for what? I had to keep asking for more and moreveggie toppings and that was hard to get. The bowls are normally so full and amazing, this maybe filled half the bowl. I?m stillhungry. Unprofessional staff and they hire people get work done from them and fired without notice and didn't give them there pay. If... person ask for they pay they said they never hire them they didn't give pay on training. Read more

Location ran out of rice on a Friday night and offered extra lettuce as a replacement. Ordered online and had to wait in store... over 30 minutes because they waited until I arrived to tell me there is no rice. Not coming back. Read more
Not fresh tasting anymore and always takes 20-30 minutes to get my meal because they don't have enough staff to focus on... skip/Uber etc and the store walk-ins. Staff are friendly and working hard though! Read more
They aren?t the best burritos you will ever have but we like it as a quick and easy go to. Most of the staff is really nice.... Especially with the kids. One time I had an issue with the quality of the meat I was served (an off day with the steak), andafter taking my complaint to the owner they made it right immediately. I always ask them to heat mine for longer and go easy onthe rice so more of the nice flavours meld together. Overall they do a decent job here for a fast food chain. Read more
While I love the food here, it can hit and miss. It all depends on which employee makes the food. We usually would get burrito... bowls...sometimes it would be nice and filling and other times they skimp on the toppings. The newer employees are usually arethe ones who add too little veges, even after asking to add more. Whenever the bowl is nice and packed it's amazing. Other timesI'll still be hungry after finishing. Need to do something about consistency here when it comes to the bowls and the amount ofeach ingredient they add.
