Worst service of my life. The food was delicious but our drinks were empty long before we finished our meals and our server... didn?t come over for probably 15 minutes after we had finished eating. Took forever to bring us boxes and the check and theyweren?t even busy. Left us with the machine to pay and disappeared and we didn?t see her again before we left. So disappointing. Read more
The waitresses are always sweet but overwhelmed. I upgraded their rating because despite the shortcomings for what it is Bobby... O'Brien's is great! Went there for my 35th birthday the other day and had plenty of wings and decent service. I woulddefinitely go there again Read more
Never experienced worse service in my life. Showed up with a friend around 9 p.m., it wasn?t busy, which was the whole appeal of... going there. Waiter got us menus, got us water, and never came back to actually serve us for 50 minutes. And it was not busy. Iasked another server if we could please get some service. Still nothing for at least 10 more minutes. Eventually we left andwent to a place down the street (Western Hotel) which was an incredible experience in comparison. Overall good service, food is good, not stellar but solid and somewhat consistent. If you have not been there for some time... and are coming for wing night you maybe surprised. The quality and size of the wings has noticeably slide. Do not expectnormal average sized wings, they will be considerably smaller than you remember. If that is one thing they could improve theyshould, no doubt it is a cost avoidance decision to keep the same prices but unfortunately deliver less in the end. Read more

Went on a Thursday night for the 25cent wing special and I was quite impressed considering the price. My only issue was that the... first pop I was served was completely flat. Other than that the waitress was super nice and the food was pretty good. I wasactually surprised at how quick I was served as it was really busy when I arrived. Read more
Unwelcoming environment and unfriendly staff. Waited for a few minutes to be seated with no staff coming to tend to us so we sat... down at the nearest table while we waited because I have an infant. After 10-15 minutes of no service, I went up to the bar toask for menus to which the server said ?this is not a seat yourself place. but sure I can get you some menus?. I then informedher that she had not welcomed us/acknowledged that we were there so we sat while we waited.
