2 stars for the kind and professional TALL guy who works there and is awesome! He wears a hat and is super helpful! The other... staff? yikes! Indifferent, no smiling, no actual service but they have a tip jar ???? um no. The owner needs a reminder of whatcustomer service actually is and then he/she needs to teach this to the staff. I know we all have things going on, but for acouple of pricey juices or smoothies, you may want your staff to put a little effort into actually serving customers to inspirereturn customers. My son and I purchased a marathon and banana awhey they were not mixed well never have I had a problem there.
Was a bit shocked when told this morning. I asked if I could have 3 regular smoothies and 3 wraps and was told they don't make... wraps to order??? Got the smoothies went back in and she was busy making paninis?? Not a great experience. Read more
Not super consistent with their drinks. Set up of the store is a bit odd and not very effective for social distancing measures.... Overall fairly standard and on pace with other Booster Juices (ie. overpriced milkshakes) Read more

Been coming to this location for over 2 years and i'm done. They should just take the fresh juices completely off the menu. ... They never have anything in stock - orders arrive Mondays and Fridays, really? I've been there every day since Sunday. So theycouldn't make 3 different juices for nearly a week straight. The juicer rarely works, and is so loud an noisy that health andsafety should be called, because these poor girls should be wearing hearing protection, as should the customers! Took 25 minsfor only TWO juices last week....and they were Green Hornet's that weren't even GREEN! They were ORANGE. Apparently the malllocation is much better. This place should be shut down. Never had a problem ordering from this location. Nice and friendly staff. I see that some of them are younger and could be their... first job but they?ve never been anything but spectacular with me every time I?ve been in. Keep up the good work! Read more
