Since the onset of COVID , I haven't been doing much of the restaurant circuit. Tonight on good advice we ordered Polish food... from a little Bistro very close to home. I've been hankering for schnitzel for months and Guelph no longer has any German orrelated dining spots. So last we had a great schnitzel meal it was in the Conestogo area. Now the Polish make schnitzel withpork evidently that was a surprise. Not that it was any less delicious. Served up with choice of salads and mashed taters!Everything made from scratch. I love ?? that don't you? They sell Polish beers if you're so inclined and have a few deserts tomull over. Don't skip them if you have room. So yummy. I had Apple crumble ???? cake. Next time I'll snap a photo before I scarfit down. ???? Read more

Very cute place with a home-y atmosphere. The menu contains Eastern European classics like pierogies, schnitzel and cabbage... rolls. It's also nice that there are a variety of sides you can choose from. I especially loved the pierogies! Super flavorfuland you can tell that it's homemade. Staff is friendly and the timing is decent considering it's made fresh. Surely coming backto try other items on the menu. Read more

Amazing Polish comfort food in the north end of Guelph with a wide selection of Polish staples. It wasn't busy from a Saturday... which was a shame because this family run restaurant deserves more love from the community! The owners were very friendly anddespite the patio being closed for the season they let us sit there. The restaurant feels very cozy and is decorated withtraditional Polish patterns and clothing. The menu has a mix of salads, schnitzel and pierogies. We ordered a little bit ofeverything (e.g. goulash, schnitzel, cabbage rolls and pierogies). All good comes as a combo where you get a two small sides. For the schnitzel you have a choice of pork or chicken. I got the pork and found it to be very tender and lightly breaded. Theyran out of cucumber salad which I wish I got to try so I opted for the ceasar salad instead. Pierogies were delicious with thebacon bits sprinkled on top. And the star was the coleslaw! It was nice and creamy and well balanced. They have great outdoorseating and a very cute patio. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Read more
