I wasn't going to post a review, but damn, this was soOoo good!!! I had an upset stomach and thought I'd try the Chef's Special... wonton soup from China Express. This had beef, pork, shrimp, tripe, mushrooms, brocolli, cabbage, other stuff and wontons. Itwas super fresh and super hot ,and hit the spot, for $5!! ???? ???????? I also ordered a combo C7 which was fresh, hot andmassive. However I've got a new addiction and I'll be ordering a lot of soup on a regular. Deeelish!!! Read more
Got takeout from here while visiting family recently. The food was delicious and prices comparable to the prices at home. The... owner and his family (I?m assuming) were super friendly! My son enjoyed getting to order with someone who looked his age andasked if he could work there too! He is already asking when we get to go visit his aunt again so he can see ?that pretty girlwho takes orders?. Making fun memories at the most unexpected places is always worth a glowing review! I like their food and don't really care about the raised prices since covid, but what I do care about is being treated like they... don't want my business. The little girl who answers the phone there is very, very rude. She makes me feel as if she doesn't wantto take my order. This has occurred more than once. The owner, who seems nice, and receptive, asked her to apologize to me afterI gently explained to him how I was made to feel, but his little girl refused to apologize. She can't be more than 12 years old,and refused to apologize!? I was gobsmacked. There is nothing more I can do accept not to go back. Shame on you. Read more
The food is made fresh and hot. I highly recommend the breaded shrimp, serving size was larger than expected. This place is... probably the best Chinese in Guelph for the price. I will be eating here again. Read more
