I went to this location after 9PM to have their half off appetizers deal with my friends and we ordered food for three of us and... were paying together. I?m aware that a drink purchase is required as per the website so we ordered one drink which is what wealways do at other locations but this location made us buy one drink per person in order to redeem that offer which is not whatusually happens. I?ve been to many locations with friends and have ordered only one drink and as long as we are paying together,we have never been asked to do this before. I checked the website to double check and it says nothing about one drink per personand just says drink purchase is required. However, this location just has its own rules and I will never come back to thislocation. Read more
Probably the best "cheap" chain restaurant for drinks and a snack. Half price appetizers after 9 pm are pretty good for the... price, nachos and spinach dip are my go to's. Limited selection of beers but price is so good that it doesn't really matter.Service is also usually pretty good even during busy hours. Read more
Nice ambiance like other locations of Chuck's, different seating choices for various numbers of parties. Food is of high quality... and the burgers, in particular, are very tasty. The only complaint I have is that they're clearly understaffed and there wasonly one waitress for the whole place at lunch time on a Monday and although she did her best, the service was slow. It was a last minute decision for a dinner out for 4 adults (kids fending for themselves). We sat on the patio which was a nice... spot, as inside was a little loud and busy (return of U of G). Food was good, drinks were good and service was good. To me asolid place to come for good food and a good price, plus enjoy some socializing or watching a game! Read more
Ordered ribs and garlic loaf tonight. The ribs were overcooked to the point they were just crispy and not edible. The garlic... bread was so hard and could probably break a tooth. Awful. Just awful. $45 to have 2 bites and toss it. Will never order fromhere again, and will absolutely tell others to not go here. Ugh. Read more
I ordered the chicken club sandwich and was very surprised to taste the chicken itself was seasoned beautifully and moist. The... flavor of the sandwich and the sauce had me passing it across the table to my wife with the classic "You HAVE to try this". Shehad a fresh burger which she also really enjoyed. Always good food after 9 the apps are 50% off I go there a lot for that Last time I went the waiter was more worried about the... higher paying college tables then us too get us plum sauce and had to ask another waiter she never asked how the food was and weseen her once after the food and she forgot to bring us our bill twice then finally at the end asked if we wanted plumsauce? Again food is always good but treat all your customers with the same service as others you could of actually got a goodtip ???? Read more
We ate the food but the burger was dry. We didn't bring it up to the staff as my friend was hungry and didn't want to wait for... another one to be made. They charged extra for chipotle mayo when I upgraded to sweet potatoes fries cause only the appetizercomes with the Mayo. This seems strange and petty. Been here a couple of times and don't think the food is all that great tobe honest. Not my first choice. Read more
