Great food and a lot of it. More than I could eat actually, but it was very tasty. The service was very good; the wait staff was... very attentive and accommodating. Ordered from Door Dash: I really want to like this place but time and again, it's just a disappointment. In today's Thali, the... meat option was bitter and there wasn't even a pinch of salt in the Dhal curry and the Vegetable option. Just FYI, salt bringsout the flavor in Indian food. Even if you add a ton of base and curry powder you need to add salt to bring out the flavor.There is this proverb in South India which says "Uppilla pandam kuppayile" For $16 this is what I received. The quantity wasfor toddlers and just boiled vegetables and boiled chicken without even a single pinch of salt or flavor. This utterlyunacceptable behavior from a restaurant. Read more
Extremely over priced with insanely small portions. I spent $28 dollars on dinner take out for this small butter chicken that... only came with 2 sides of 2 small pieces of naan that were already cut into quarters? It wouldn?t have been bad if the butterchicken was super tasty or the best butter chicken I?ve ever had, but it was subpar. Chicken was very dry and rubbery. The saucewasn?t very flavourful. Overpriced, small portion, not tasty. Disappointed. There are many other much tastier Indianrestaurants in Guelph than this - better prices for what you?ll get too. Read more
Great brunch spot! My boyfriend and I stopped in for brunch on the patio this weekend with the dog! The food was delicious and... we didn't have to wait long at all. One of the best Indian restaurants I've been too. The service my Jeff was amazing. And noorie the cook/owner is absolutely good... at what she does. We had a tandoori wrap ghandis chicken dish with one garlic naan which came along with absolutely amazingsalad on the side. And some rice. Wow! It was a lovely experience. Read more
It was my first time here and I absolutely loved it. The food was good and the right quantity as well. They have great options... for vegetarians and non-vegetarians as well. I had the butter chicken rice, it came with a side of Naan but I'm unfortunatelynot a big fan of all things bread. The paintings, the arrangement of the restaurant and our server made it a good experience. Read more
