I use to eat from this place often but Today 22 October 2022 around 10:15pm i was ordering food the server was very rude while... making burrito and he start yelling at me when oder got ready because he have to call me 2 time. Please do yourself a favor and never ever go to this location. I wish I could give zero stars. For starters, the customer... service was TERRIBLE. The guy that was serving us was so incredibly rude and passive. Waited 50 minutes for my burrito that hada moldy avocado taste. I also ordered a big burrito but was given a lil burrito and when confronted, the man raised his voiceand said it was my fault and its "too bad". Any location I've ever been to, the tequila fried chicken has always tasteddelicious. The chicken is always fried to order. However I noticed that they just pulled the fried chicken out of a containerand it was literally hard as a rock and was not edible. They were also missing so many toppings!! You could also tell all thecustomers in there were extremely frustrated having to wait almost an hour for a burrito (Its hard to control being shortstaffed but for god sakes at least be nice to the customers). They made my burrito wrong. Took one bite and my mouth was on fire (ordered nothing spicy). Called to say something was wrong... and the person told me there was nothing he could do. He said he had no authority to do anything because he had only beenworking there for 2 months and the only other staff working was in training. I asked if I could get the burrito made againcorrectly, and was told I would have to pay for a second burrito. Absolutely ridiculous. The food had to go in the garbage and Ihad to make a different dinner. Terrible experience. Read more

This is the go-to burrito place whenever in Guelph. Amazing burritos, fresh ingredients, quick and good service.
Overall the food was really good, quesadilla sort of greasy though and our tortilla chips were burnt. Really good guac. I tired... to call in to place an order, no one picked up. Read more
