I got a bowl with a rice base and I swear I almost cracked my tooth on the rice several times. Either the rice was rock hard... because it was old or because it was uncooked. It sadly made my meal very unenjoyable :( Read more
Giant clumps of uncooked rice throughout my teriyaki bowl. Absolutely inedible rubbish.
I don't know why the low ratings, my favourite Freshii in town, ingredients are always packed and they never cheap out. Always... had a good experience here Read more
The tables were all super dirty, I was the only customer there, like there is a pandemic just wipe the tables. There was a... friendly lady making the food but the guy at cash barely acknowledged me, didn?t even look at me or say a word just took mymoney. I assume he was an owner because he was in regular clothes. He didn?t help the lady or interact with her in anyway. Mysatay bowl was weirdly cold and over saucy. The Pangoa bowl was excellent! They had run out of cilantro and substituted green onion, and had forgotten to add the avocado.... Yum though! Must try! It is a slightly sweet bowl because of the tiny amount of bbq sauce in it, and it has a hint of spiciness.My only wish is that it would have less corn and more green onions and tomatoes. The Custom Bowls is my only way of eating here. But by the time I add everything I want into it, it's a relatively expensive... bowl for $17. Tastes great and very healthy though. Just too expensive for quantity received. Read more
Not enough sauce, tasted very bland. Long wait. And there was hair in my food... Should have staff wear hair nets when preparing... food. Usually like Freshii, but unlikely to go back to this spot. Read more
