Our server Sam was attentive and willing to help with anything. He was kind and funny. Great service! First time gping to a mandarin In years. Food was very standard American Chinese food. There was sushi and dim sum as well.... Servers were good very attentive! Oh and they were not shy on giving free refills of my diet coke! Read more
Stephanie was our server. She was wonderful! So nice and always paid attention to our table. There were other servers too and... they were all very helpful. Food was good. No crab and lobster though. I had an awesome experience at this location. The staff were all extremely attentive and all the food was piping hot and fresh.... I never had an empty glass either! Mike was our server and his patience and positive attitude was greatly appreciated. He madeour meal amazing and always made sure we were happy with our food after we sat down and offered to bring us salt/ pepper/ soysauce if needed. Amazing work Mike! Read more
Our server was Tina. She was so kind and patient. Tina helped us with ordering our meal. We asked for alterations to the menu.... She went to the kitchen and they would accommodate our requests. Tina was so positive in her manner. She is the best server Ihave had in the last 10 years wow. Tina is the best. Now lets get to the meal. The portions were of good size we ordered a lot.The food was not good it was excellent. Tina kept bringing our food it was just perfect. I am happy to have met someone whotook pride in their work. As we were eating and more portions came out the manager Kevin came to see us and was veryprofessional in his manner. Kevin asked about are food and if we still would like to make changes we said yes. It happened. Allthe food was excellent. Between Tina our server and Kevin the manager made our night perfect. I thank both Tina and Kevin aswell as the kitchen staff for a dinning experience that we will never forget. Kevin also took a picture of me and my wife as itwas my birthday. One last thing to the Mandarin Management, Tina, Kevin and all the staff are unique to have employees likethese you are going to give you a long and very prospers business. Beautiful location for a group lunch or dinner. Friends and I were excited to try out their buffet lunch having been... discontinued cos of covid ,but were disappointed to find out that those only happen over the weekend now. None theless wesettled for the "Small Eats" menu. The staff are super friendly and delightful. The restaurant is pretty spacious and wasn'tcrowded. The menu and ordering process was a litle complex and could use a bit of adjustment. The food was tasty and prettyfilling, don't be fooled by the small portions. Overall I would recommend this Restaurant to groups of friends or family orcolleagues.Budget averagely $25 for lunch or dinner off the Small Eats menu. Read more
Andrea was the server that really made the Mandarin experience memorable. She was very respectful and considerate when... communicating with us. It?s been a while since I?ve been to Mandarin but after going once this year, I am definitely coming backvery soon. The food and service was phenomenal! Conversations were very easy, she answered all of our questions and took thetime to clarify some stuff for us. She even recommended some items to try and they were all great!
