Everything was clean and the staff was friendly... just not giving 5 stars because we were asked to leave a couple minutes after... the dining room closed.... althought they asked very nicely. We ate the last half of our late night dinner on the patio. Read more
Awful store, I ordered through skip weeks before going in to the store. I ordered a 20 nugget value meal with a large fry and... large drink. I also got another extra large fry. I received my meal however was missing a large fry. I contacted the store forsupport but now it goes to an office number. I explained to them what happened and they told me I had to contact skip but Itried to tell them I've made too many refund requests with skip and they no longer help me. They told me in bold "we are unableto help you" no act of trying even. And pretty much said goodbye. I went into the store a few weeks later to get the same orderbut in person this time. After waiting 35 minutes at such a busy store which seems to have loads of staff but are slow on takingorders. I explained to them I had an error weeks ago on skips and the front cashier explained shell talk to her manager. Well Istill got charged for the large fry so nothing was done. But, upon exiting and entering my vehicle they missed the large fryagain. This had to be the worst experience ever. They also shorted me on the monopoly stickers. Read more
McDonald's is usually pretty standard. You either like the food or you don't (I do). So long as they're reasonably quick, it's... good. I have to tip my to the (younger) man working there today (I believe he was the manager. White shirt, wasn't workingbehind the counter). Going out of his way to bring balloons out for younger kids (mine was one of them, but not the only).Seeing him go out of his way to put a smile on kids' faces was really nice, and made our lunch time that much better. Doesn't seem to matter the time of day but this location really struggles to get food quality and customer service right.... Listening skills at the order box are often subpar. Food quality never seems to hit a 10/10 on multiple visits. I rarely dine inbecause I'm usually in a hurry. Thanks for trying your best. Read more
Visited this location during the busy lunch period. Our meal was delivered to our table sooner than expected and it was hot and... fresh. The staff was courteous and friendly. I don?t go to McDonald?s very often as our children are all grown. It was apleasure to share a meal there with my grandson there today. Definitely recommend this location. Read more
I've been going to this Mcdonald's location about twice a week now after work to try my luck with ice coffee roulette. The odds... on the roulette wheel is pretty balanced as I have never gotten the same tasting ice coffee before even though I order the sameversion every time. Everyday is a new experience, sometimes you get no cream, sometimes no syrup, I'm not sure which version oftheir ice coffee I like the most. Today I finally managed to win the jackpot, got 2 medium ice coffees instead of large and theymanaged to forget most of coffee. The drink tastes like pure syrup. Maybe they gave me someone elses order by accident butsurely they would have noticed the size difference when they brought it to my car? Read more
Got the completely wrong order using mobile app. Wanted a regular burger with extra (PAID) toppings and got this sloppy mess I... can't eat. Horrible location. Last 3 times i got breakfast at 5am, everything COLD. Coffee, FREEZING. Why is your breakfast cold at 5am? ... Are you using yesterday's overstock? Absolute garbage location.
