It's McDonald's, the ice cream machine is always broken and you'll get pretty much what you expect. The food is decent, it gets... cold really fast. Very salty fries. I find that it's remarkably over priced though. For two people (just two meals) you caneasily spend close to $50. Wendy's, Harvey's, and A&W have better quality food and it's always cheaper. The only thing they havegoing for them is being open extremely late. Also I'm very surprised that they still have basically 0 vegetarian options on themenu. Not a single sandwich. It's not a huge request, even A&W has a beyond meat burger and it's really good. Read more
This location is listed as a 24hr McDonald's, but I pulled up and sat for a few minutes in the drive-thru at around 3:50AM and... said "hello?" And no one answered. I drove up to the window after waiting for awhile and saw there were a couple workers inthere, but no one came to the window to take an order. Not sure what was going on there. I didn't like that my fries were upside down in the bag and the drink cardboard drink tray wasn't holding the cups securely.
The store has a neat sitting area that's well maintained by the staff at this branch. All cashier's are usually nice and we'll... informed to suggest bundles with your orders. Plus they have the promotional Pokemon cards my husband is going nuts over. Read more
Just wow!!!! If I knew the dine in experience was going to be like this I would dine in every time. We stopped here after the... hospital with my elderly father and my small baby. The place was clean and the staff extremely friendly. I was just telling mydad I needed to change the baby?s diaper and without missing a beat the clerk (liz)who was taking our order asks her colleague(Travis) To unlock the changing table in the bathroom. I didn?t even ask her but she was a step ahead and wanted to help outbefore I even knew it!!! They were so friendly they took initiative and I thought that?s it for customer service. Low and beholdit only gets better. The changing table was so clean and there was changing table napkins available for mothers to use which wasawesome. I also noticed they had a needle safe station and when we finished from the bathroom there was a gentleman who replacesthese boxes. For a client of McDonald?s that shows a good cleanly place that has pride. So I finally get to the table and myfood is hot perfectly done as I asked which was custom. I am holding my baby trying to eat with one hand and I realized I don?thave any Ketchup so I asked Travis if he could please get me some he was so happy and eager to help me out I was in shock I feltlike I was at a restaurant not a fast food joint. The fact you bring the food to the table is something else too! How great,especially since my dad has a disability so he couldn?t carry everything over while I was in the washroom changing thebaby. Ridiculous wait today. Got 2 milk shakes and they were completely watery. When asked I was told it was due to shake machine... being cleaned this morning. Also they managed to screw up my kids burger order or only ketchup and gave him only ketchup andonions?! They had me sit in this spot for a good 15-20 mins as they kept forgetting pieces of my order! I wanted to pick up something quick for dinner after a long day. I was asked to park in spot #2 as they were waiting on my... cheeseburger and fries. I ended up parking behind a delivery driver as they parked in the spot I was told to park in instead ofthe spots designated for delivery drivers. It took 20 minutes for me to receive my order. When I got home I'm wondering where mygravy for the poutine is and why the cheese isn't on the burger. The real kicker is having to wait for 20 minutes for fresh coldfood everything needed to be reheated and I live not even 5 minutes away even in the bad weather we have today. Read more
I started coming to this location after poor food quality at another Guelph location. Now on two different days this week I have... been disappointed. First on Monday morning it was the wrong sandwich. Today it was a very crunchy sandwich. Luke warm hashbrowns and an incorrect beverage. When I ask for a tea with 2 sugars that typically means no milk/cream. I had some kind of milktoday. Lactose intolerance does not allow me to drink it. Read more
