Unfortunately I can?t give this store any more stars. Used to go here for lunch but the owner in there puts mediocre amounts of... veggies and meat on my subs even when I would ask for more. Top it all off she?s very pushy in trying to get people through, Ican understand wanting to be prepared and be consistent. But one lunch a friend and I went in there while no one else was inthere, She hurried us like it was rush hour. Anyways just not an overall great atmosphere wouldn?t recommend. Read more
Mediocre experience. I go out of my way to visit Mr. Sub and tonight's experience was rather lacklustre. The girl making the sub... had to be dictated and was not proactive in asking what I wanted on my sandwich. I literally had to tell her to put sauce on itsince she could not be bothered to do her job. Even then, there was barely any dressing and I felt as if I was inconveniencingher. After paying, I sat down to eat and was told to get a tray since she was derelict in her duty to confirm whether my orderwas for dine-in or takeout. It should not be my job to tell her whether I am sitting down to eat or taking food home. If askingsimple questions is too difficult, maybe food service isn't the right field for this individual. We came late and the gal working was super nice. The young guy was super rude and grunted I got to go and walked out on her.
Best service at this location. Friendly and they make the subs well. +1 for the crispy onions!
This Mr. Sub is consistently good. Unfortunately, using Skip-the-dishes is a major fail. Again tonight I ordered 2 subs for my... 89 y.o. disabled Mother (no cell phone). No call to be buzzed in, just a text - to me - across town saying they left it outside.Paid $10 for delivery and tip- this happens as often as they get it right. I?m sick of the rip-off, too bad I won?t be orderingfrom these ?services?. It?s too expensive for having to hunt for food. UPDATE: this week, as almost EVERY week, I ordered 2large seafood sub (for my 89 y.o. Mother) from here. She was unable to eat them due to EXTREME saltiness. When she called to letthem know, she was told ?DON?T ORDER FROM US?, if you have complaints. Ok, if that?s your attitude - sorry I helped keep yougoing through the pandemic - ? Excellent customer service. I have a mobility problem, I walk with a cane. I have had there staff open the door for me. And... open the door on my leaving. Subs always delicious, and they put on as many toppings as you wish. Read more
So this mr sub needs more people who enjoy it as much as my father and I to write reviews. Alot of happy customers don't leave... reviews but the ones who want to complain do. My father has been eating mr sub for over 35 years (never subway) and this mr subhas the freshest ingredients to this day as he says and I agree. The owners/employees are friendly and quick. I come herereligously every week. Regarding the poor reviews for delivery. You cant put the delivery services on these people, its a 3rdparty delivery service. And as an ex delivery driver, drivers dont care. They care about one thing and thats money. I seen areview for saying they are cheap and dont put enough ingredients on. As a 6'3 210Ibs man i can assure you they load the subs upso i was actually surprised to see a review regarding that. Look, this is hands down the best mr sub. We only go to Mr Sub. Today I went to this location. I ordered a large veggie, small veggie and pizza. I don?t get much on the... veggie sub. Lettuce and tomato. And cheese. While I was ordering I asked for extra tomatoes. At which point I was asked toonly take the regular amount as the cost of tomatoes and lettuce is so high. She told me her costs in detail and that it wasquite expensive. I felt for her however it?s a veggie sub. Add a premium if you order extra of something. I?m good with that.However, Tomatoes and lettuce are the main ingredients. She is always quite scimpy with toppings. Even on the pizza she put acouple of pieces of onion and green pepper.
