They skimp on toppings. I ordered a large rice bowl and it wasn't even half way full even when I had paid for some extra... toppings. There were very little toppings and it was a huge waste of money. These people don't care about your food they justwant your hard earned money. This place is expensive, so I would suggest going to the downtown location as you get more valuefor your money. Read more
Terrible customer service & very rude to customers, considering I believe this was the owner. Arguing over a SPC 10% discount on... a pita. A discount we were entitled to. I would highly not recommend this location, very rude. Read more

Customers ask for grilled veggies on your risk, cause mine weren?t grilled and its hard for body to digest raw mushrooms. And i... also agree to previous reviews either you get a whole falafel ball in bite or only spinach or all the sauce in a spot. Maybeproper training to employees would sort out. Read more
One bite = either 40% Sauce, 40% Lettuce or 20% Meat. You'll never get a mixture of them. Instead of making the pita enjoyable,... they slop it on like line work and call it food. Have only visited this location 2 times, and both times I've have to correctthe worker or simply they assumed I was finished with toppings and wrapped it up. Note: If you don't like mouthfuls of mustardand mayonnaise, make sure to ASK for "a little bit" because "one strip" apparently isn't sufficient enough. Read more
Was not terrible! They were very nice, food was warm upon pickup. Only thing is I had asked for light hot sauce and it felt like... my bowl was doused in it. I?m usually a hot sauce fan so this wasn?t the biggest problem, however the hot sauce is extremelysalty... so that kinda ruined a little bit of the meal for me as my bowl was just completely spicy and salty. I'm ALWAYS pleased when I go to Pita Pit. Even more so this time. I got to meet the owner, he was extremely friendly, extremely... careful with my gluten free order. He thanked me for complimenting his staff on their great work whenever I go in there & thereability to be so cautious on gluten free orders. As a celiac it's so important to me! So many people are quick to be negative &I wanted him to know his staff are doing great! Thank you Pita Pit for giving me a safe "fast food" place to eat (that's notgreasy) & has a gluten free option!!! Read more
