Had a poor quality pizza from this location, they did get in touch to replace it but when I reached out they still have not... respond and that was July 28th and its now August 4th. I would recommend just going to the other one on in Guelph. Read more
This location is new and has only improved in my opinion. I ordered take out today and the pizza was absolutely amazing.... Perfectly made and upon picking up the customer service was top notch. Thanks! Read more
Don?t typically post reviews..ordered back in April and today (June) and it was the exact same experience. Ordered online with... an eta and pizza wasn?t delivered until 30 mins AFTER the ETA and this was after I called where they said ?will be there in 10mins, we only have one driver? this was the exact same experience both time. The pizza also doesn?t taste quite right. Theoriginal location on Stone Road was great (maybe had an issue once where I received the wrong pizza and they replaced it). Thislocation isn?t rectifying issues what so ever. Horrible experience both times I?ve ordered. Wanted to give it another chance,but can?t see myself going back. Read more
Paid almost $40 and got a pizza that wasn't fully cooked. Dough was still super doughy and tasted raw. The toppings were nice... but they weren't staying on the dough. What a disappointment. Read more
I ordered the pizzas over the phone. The person who took my call/order was very polite and took my order perfectly. I went to... pick-up the pizzas and they were ready accordingly to the time provided for pick-up and they got my order right ?. The pizzaswere delicious and very tasty.
