I like this particular Pizza Nova location. It's in a convenient location from the Guelph South-End Hanlon Business Park (at... the west-end of Clair Road West). I never have a problem with any of the staff - they're always friendly. They have a pizzaslice 'card program' and I like it. After 6-8 slices, you get a free slice. As I said, I find them friendly, their prices areinline with competitors (there is literally 4-6 pizza stores on the same corner as this Pizza Nova location) and their pizzataste/quality is among the best. Ordered a pizza and the breaded chicken ciabatta sandwich. The pizza was perfect, however the sandwich was a very different... story: The chicken was so incredibly overcooked and even *burnt* at the edges that much of it was just inedible. The pizza is good but the workers over there are not at all social, customer service 0/5 literally. I am not going to visit... back. Didn?t provide me with ketchups and other stuff. One of the better plant-based pizza options, but be aware that if you order the premade plant based pepperoni pizza, it actually... defaults to dairy mozzarella, you have to manually change it to dairy free cheese. Read more
The employee's are friendly and quick to serve customers. Over the course of almost 2 years with this pandemic the quality of... fast food just keeps dropping as they are the only game in town. Very disappointed, placed an order ahead of time for a party order at 11 AM. Order was 10 min late which impacted our party.... Customer service was terrible, there are plenty of other pizza places in town. Will never order from here again. Read more
